soooo im pretty proud of myself, got the wick set up, ss mesh, kanthal coil. beautiful wraps, nice even coil, no hotspots... heres my issue... poor vapor. the coil is a perfect 3 ohms. running at 4.4 v (sweet spot) and seems to work well... but then i feel like its flooding and the vapor goes way down. what could be wrong. too small of an airhole? draw is very tight

Did you check that the air hole is aligned with the mesh? If the air hole is off you will have tight draw and poor vapor production.

It's possible that it is flooding. When I have this issue I usually just tilt it to wet the wick and then just return it to upright to take a vape.
