Ok, this question is more directed to people who smoked as opposed to people who started vaping without previously being smokers (why would you even start??).
I know that there is something in the facts about reactions to vaping, but I was looking for some actual responses by people I could see for myself.
I have been off the analogs for 20 days now and I have been vaping a 20mg Vermillion River juice. I have noticed my sense of smell and taste coming back. What is weird though is that i've started becoming wheezy again which I find odd and slightly worrying. I have also found myself to be quite tired and keep falling asleep all the time. These may be unconnected, but it does coincide with mt giving up smoking.
What do you all think?
What physical and mental reactions and symptoms did you all notice when you started vaping?

I have been vaping about three weeks now. I previously smoked for over 50 years slowly decreasing my usage over time down to about 8 cigarettes a day, then I found vaping and I quit smoking tobacco immediately with minimal problems. Sore throat for about two weeks, gone now. Urge to smoke a regular cigarette, gone. I started vaping with 18 mg nic, went to 12, and now 6 mg is just fine. Also started with standard cartos @ 70/30 PG/VG and went to 50/50. I personally found that the nic level was causing my sore throat due to the hit. Reducing nic down to 6 mg solved this. I previously researched problems caused by stopping cigarettes and found that nicotine takes control over many body functions after you smoke for a period of time. When you quit altogether, your body must regain control over blood sugar levels and stomach acid levels among other bodily control functions. In my humble opinion you need to get to a nic level similiar to your previous level when you smoked cigarettes in order to maintain your bodily function equilibrium otherwise you will have various unplesant symptoms. You also need to drink a lot of water because I have heard on this forum that PG is drying to the mouth and lungs. I also use Biotene mouth wash to help dry mouth. Just my personal take.

Cheers guys and yes for the record i smoked about 30 roll ups a day for 23 years so I had a pretty heavy nicotine intake. I've also been told that my vaping isnt very heavy, only using about 5mil juice a week, so its prbably my body doing some readjusting. On a positive note, my acid reflux seems to have disappeared completely as well as my insomnia!
