So, every morning I have a really sensitive throat. In general I smoke .6% nic levels at 50/50 pg/vg. I use clearomizers 90% of the time. I have a couple cartomizers that I use from time to time and recently starting using the LR510 atomizer (although not in the morning yet).
The best way I can describe how my throat feels is to compare it how I would feel after a night of drinking where I ended up smoking a pack of marlboro lights in about 4 or 5 hours (I usually only smoked a pack a day). My throat, the following morning, would be so sensitive that I would be careful not to take in to sharp a breath in fear of going into a huge hacking fit. I wouldn't dare try to smoke first thing when I woke up (although under normal circumstances I would smoke one or two first thing) even though I was nicfitting really bad. After a couple hours I would be ok to smoke but I would have to be careful.
The feeling I have now is similar. Almost every flavor I get the same result. This doesn't vary from heavy vaping nights to VERY light vaping nights. In the morning, I have tried Boba's bounty in the last couple days cause I understand it's 100 vg, which I am given to understand can be a good litmus test to see if you are pg sensitive. I haven't noticed a difference. That's not imperical, of course, as the rest of my juices are 50/50 and they may be the cause.
The only juice that I can count on to not cause a problem is, at least on a regular morning basis, is a mixture of fire & ice (different juice makers and different nic levels ranging from .6% to 1.8%) and chocolate mint (again 3 different companies but nic levels of only .6%). Is it the cinnamon, the mint, or the combination of both that is helping me avoid the hacking fits in the morning? I experience little to no throat hit in general with this mixture. Although, I'm not sure if that's a factor as I have a couple juices that have little to no throat hit and still cause hacking fits in the morning.
Any suggestions would be helpful. I need this as a solution to quitting smoking. I have smoked for over 19 years. These last two weeks have been amazing as I have only had a handful of times where I've been tempted have analogs.
