I'm getting about 2-2.5ml out of a battery. It's giving be low battery at 4.0 volts which seems really high.
The coil is pretty shoddy though. One leg broke and is kinda just sitting on the post so that's probably the culprit. Too lazy to replace it though

The static voltage of a battery will drop when a load is on it, the bigger the load, the bigger the voltage drop. I think I've mentioned before that my DNA20 seems to creep up in voltage as it's used during the day. I wonder if when my battery is getting low that the drop in voltage momentarily shuts off the regulator while I hit the fire button. The voltage spike might be what's causing it to change the selected voltage. Only guessing though...

This place is dead. Hope everyone had a gread weekend. I finally got my mom's power steering pump changed. Now to figgure out the electrical gremlins.

Had a busy few days getting my brother all packed up and my girlfriends birthday party.
I do get much better battery life from the DNA 20 dropping it to 14w. I'll have to try upping the resistance of the coil next rebuild, lower the amp draw even more and see what happens

That DNA 20 Cutlass is very interesting and looks very nice, when do you plan to make more?
i have one and for fairness HRH does too - it is a ripper mod - - the wood is beautiful, you cannot feel the seams.

Great wood mods never stopped, they just stopped answering emails!
e.g. bogger box ( yes yes - i have one) My advice - it's a high cost, low return business, even with works of art like these it's tough for Cappy to eat more than twice a week!
What you really want to know is 'willl it last?' - if you consider the small mod #5 (cruiser) - then yeah. HRH uses it - and repairs it! Progress!
It's the size of a Reo mini.And she has 3 of those.

Quick question Cappy: How big will the 26650 Destroyer and Cutlass will be? I know you mentioned that but can't find the info right now. The MNKE 26650 being 4000mAh (!!!), I think I kinda made up my mind right now but I can't wait to see a side by side comparison
