yes, its different. it's airy and they can leak if you don't used the danko o rings. they might have fixed that since the first batch though? i just use the 510. the canon's are an 801 with 510 threading

I think it's the camera angle. The cutlass is the largest Cappy makes thus far.

EXCELLENT! Glad you are happy with your score. You should read the threads (2) on them before they arrive if you haven't. They are a different animal during the break in. Worth it, but it takes longer. We are trying different things to see if we can't shorten that up. The flavor these produce is amazing!

oh wait a sec... that was Wenge???
I know nothing about woods, and looking at the end-cap selection picture cappy posted I just thought wenge was almost black with very minimal visible grains...!

On the first picutre it looks so cool and brown, and the second picture looks black.
It must have been the lighting.
damn.. maybe I should've picked wenge for my end cap..
