Aye Cap'n, will put you on top.

I've been vaping on the Mark-III bottom-feeder prototype since yesterday, works exactly as intended so next phase is making a small run of production units.

I need a name for them still though, hmmmm...

Mark-I 'Bandit'
Mark-II 'Misty'
Mark-III ????

Hmm, Interesting names coming my way. I could rename the other two and get a theme going.

Here is a 4 min demo vid of the Mark-III. It's a prototype I've been vaping on since yesterday. Works exactly as I wanted, easy to fill, easy to tilt & shoot, no mess or leaks so far ... if only it was 5 volts .. sigh.

I will be starting a limited run today, probably just a few units. If all proceeds well I will start a run of a dozen or so by the end of the week. Also I think its time to get fancier and start using my more exotic woods and inlays.

Thanks for looking!

Brian...that looks like a winner!

What do you think your price point is going to be on it?

$500 dollars and a six-pack of beer!

Actually, I'm swapping having to build and install a 5v regulator board to building and installing a feed system. About the same amount of work, box is nearly the same, so I guess price should be the same.

I might ask a bit more if I use some truly exotic woods and inlays, but yeah, same price as the Mark-II for now, $110

Thanks, Brian

Seems a little steep...
What are you using for inlays?
Solid gold inlays from a sunken treasure ship?

I have the six-pack of beer!:toast:

Arrrrrr, Gold doubloons stolen from the corrupt, Velvet and lace snatched from a maidens corset and finished with the tears of the victims of my scurvy crew, Yar !

Make that grog, not beer .. beer gives me gas, Arrrr?

Ok, I will make one like that and put your name on it Drottwiler.

If you wish, the link below is my photobucket album, there are albums that show available wood, but I have many more types of end cap/Inlay wood to add to the list, Yaya, bloodwood, ebony to name a few, so If you want an inlay as well, let me know later.

I should have a simple webpage up maybe tomorrow just to show off available wood, but people can request specific combinations here on the ECF forum using either list when available.

No pre-orders yet, but soon.

I expect the turn around time from order to ship to be about 5-7 days. That includes 4 days of drying time for finish layers.

Thanks
