Okay, dumb question here... the 18650 batteries are too short to make contact without some type of something to add height. Do you like how technical I can be? :p So the question is, what can I/should I use to get an 18650 battery to work?

Never mind. Just read the instruction sheet that came with the cutlass. Now I understand what all those magnets are for... :facepalm:

Cappy, THANK YOU! All I can say is WOW, she hits like a dream! Even at 3.7v which I rarely use, she is magnificent!

i'm not sure i wanna use spacers. it's just a weird safety thing on my part. what other aw battery size can be used for vv, and fit snug?

That im not sure of, actually i dont think there are any... If you get some protected 18350's you prolly wont need any spacers tho...
