Several people have been asking about specifications for the redesigned models, but I am sorry to say I have none yet.
It is taking far too long to try to bring all 5 models up to speed so I believe I need to concentrate on just one model at a time. I will be taking the Cutlass first. Presently I have hit a snag with the cutlass design that may only be resolved by switching back to the 16340 battery type I had originally thought I would need to use.
In case you missed it in the previous posts, I am currently redesigning a new layout for the internals on all the models I make so absolutely nothing is written in stone at this point. The only given is that I am going to try to stuff it all in as small a package as I can manage working with wood, arrr

Small is good! I'm all for the 16340 batts! My set I have now actually outshines my 18350's anyway.

Well, she's broken much more than I thought. It's not just the little crack under the squonk hole, it's also a crack all the way down her spine. 
I don't know if she's even fixable.
