Are we getting closer to Batch 8 being finished???? No rush. Just curious.

After I am done sanding them, I put on a couple coats of finish before I start final assembly, I'm impatiently waiting for the last coat to cure, it seems to be taking longer to dry than usual. Once they are dry (hurry up!) I can start installing the hardware which will take a couple of days to do. Then they get the final finish and inspection. I would guess that if I can start working on them tomorrow (finally) that they will be done by the end of the start of next week.

Has the shipping time within US been pretty consistent lately?
I'm going to order bunch of things in states, have them shipped to my parcel receiving location right near border, and just cross the border to pick them up along with the RSM. I just need to get some idea on when I make those orders so they all arrive within +/- few days of RSM arrival.

ahh ok. thanks pchela. Then I'll order those stuff like monday or so.
Lil' Mama tank, carto punching tool, o-rings, new tips, some juices from Halo, and maybe some atties too. hmm what else...

Does anyone have good suggestion on Ikenvape atty? I've only tried Stealth Canon so far and I think it's more suitable for dripping rather than BF. I had hard time getting it wet enough with bottom feeding method.

I've had the same problem with my cannons on a bf. I use the IKV i06 and love them.

I know my priority mail stuff is back to 2 days delivery and that's how Cappy sends the RSMs.

Have you tried the Vapage BF Hybrid atties Chet? It's all I use in my Cutlass since I discovered them. There's a rubber grommet at the base which prevents flooding from over squonking. They take a few mls before they break in properly, but after that, they're awesome!

Awesome. Thanks airborn. I'll try some i06's then, and maybe I'll make orders on friday or something since most vendors ship expedited unless I pay more.

I'm glad you brought it up Stalker. I've been pretty much exclusively using those Hybrid BF atties and not having good luck with these. I know these are new versions which they improved many aspects. I ordered 6 of them and received on Nov. 29. The first one died after 11 days, second one died after 3 day, I killed the third one accidentally, then the next one lasted 20 days. I'm on the fifth day of the fifth one now. I love this atty when it works but it's costing me too much. Didn't you have any longevity issue with these atties?

Arrr, I was hoping to see more RSM porn, I've sent out alot of stuff in the last few weeks, I guess everyone is just too busy vaping to show us pics, and most of it went overseas too.

I was getting low on my Titan atties, I had about 6 of them just so clogged with my Cinnamon juice that they didn't work. Boiling didn't clean them, alcohol didn't fare much better so I tried dropping them in a glass of Coca Cola for 24 hours like I used to do with auto parts to clean them when I was a kid. Wow, the acid in the coke really did a great job and I am vaping one of the "Dead" atties now and it works like new. I think I've found my 'go to' cleaning agent finally.

Just wanted to share this even tho I'm sure others have discovered this a while back no doubt, yo ho !

Great idea.. Forgot how good coke cleans stuff.. Gonna give it a try as well!!

Hmmm, strange you've had problems with so many of them. The only issue I had was that I thought one of them had gone pop. Turned out it was just the centre pin that'd been pushed to far in which prevented it from firing.

I've been using the current one for the last month or so, on and off. Must've had 60+mls through it. It's still pumping out loads of vapour and the flavour is still good with it.

The only cleaning I've done is a vodka bath last week. Other than that, I've not had to touch it.

Mine are the version 2's @ 2.0ohm. I normally run them between 4.2-4.4v.

That's another issue I have. The new version of these atties has some sort of flat o-ring just below the slots that takes up space of connector length, so they need to be screwed in harder unless I just take that that ring off(I believe that ring was a safety feature for REO users). I was getting mis-firing problems and realized this, and there were many times I had to wiggle around and raise the center connector pin on my RSM which I never had to do before.

Mine are 2.5 ohm and I was vaping at 4.7v on all except for the very first one that lasted 11 days which I used 5v(10watts).

How many of these atties have you gone through so far?

TBH Chet, these are my first lot of these atties. I'm still on my first one after receiving a couple in November. I'm not using it all the time, as I use different mods everyday. But the one I'm using so far must've had 60mls through it and is still performing great.

I'm yet to try the other ones I have. Maybe I've been lucky so far, or you unlucky. Only time will tell I guess.

I thought the rubber grommet was on it to prevent the atty flooding from excess squonking?

Did you try pulling the pin on the atty out a bit before you adjusted your mod? I found that just using a small blade to extract the pin by a mm or so got it working just fine.
