oh man he is not too far from the lawnman .. this could be a good thing ... i think i want a all black walnut 5 volt mod and could i do a pickup in the area ... going that direction on sat ... brian ... or as some here call it drive thru service with a smile...

lawnman3... honestly i could pick one up when i am in your area on saturday say in the afternoon...???:2cool::2cool::2cool:

These are the only two 5v mods I have at the moment. I'm currently working on bottom feeders. If you want, I will make a note that the next time I do the Mark-II (5v) mods, I will make an all black walnut one and put your name on it. Then if you dont want it after all, I'll just put it up for sale on the forum.

Mark-II Misty/ 5v, 510 atty, 14500 battery x2 $110

#201 Cherry / Mahogany end caps

#206 Black Walnut / Maple end caps

Sorry

#106 (Red Oak w/ Mediterranean Olive endcaps) arrived safely in port today. This is the Mark I version (no longer made) with a single 14500 battery and 510 atty connection. My first impression upon opening the box was "Damn, this thing is TINY!" Smaller by almost 1/2 inch in height than a REO Mini, and MUCH smaller than a Phidias, which is understandable because of the battery differences.
I examined it quite closely and I have to tell you..............the craftsmanship on this little box is superb. Definitely on a par with my Phids (I have 5). As Brian himself has said........he's a perfectionist. I feel confident in saying that anyone who purchases a mod from him will NOT be disappointed. Thank you, Brian! :D
PS....I don't know why this small mod is no longer available.........it feels great in the hand, and is a a perfect stealth vape.

People seemed to want a bottom feeder. If I get enough interest, I will make some more Mark-I's but with the new style of the new mods. It should actually be about the same size as the one you have already (but thinner).

Glad you like it! Yarrr!

ok i have a good question how does the boge 510 carto work on the 5 volt and the 3.7 volt bottom feeder mod...

lawnman3...

I have the boge 510 on a 3.7v bottom feeder(the kind without the needle),and it works fine. I have not tried them @ 5v,JMO,I think you would get that familiar burnt taste too often. The 2ohm boges are good at 3.7.

Avast, good mornin shipmates!

I've got to work on getting some better pics but I guess you can mostly see whats going on in the images I'm posting.

Gonna be a busy day and a busy weekend, I'll keep you all posted!

After I put a coat o' finish on these and put them in the drying room I have to work on the dust collection system I have, I had a nasty reaction to the ebony or bubinga dust yesterday, obviously I'm not getting enough of the fine dust out of the air. Many of the hardwoods are somewhat hazardous to work with, have to be more careful!

Yarrr ...

Ear ache, one o' the signs of dust irritation, was my bad tho as I did some sanding without a dust mask expecting the dust collector to get it all. I' m gonna spend some time upgrading today then get back to work. It's starting to finally go away, now just have to prevent it from happening again.

Ok, gonna be working all day, will check back in later, arrrrr!

Hiya! Spent the last 5 hours tearing apart equipment to redo the dust collection. Made a new sanding table using a 1 micron filter. Now I have to make up for lost time! My 14 hour days gonna have to get a bit longer If I wanna start making these on some kinda schedule! Arrrrrrrr, my right pegleg for a full time helper.

Later
