Brain - If you are a sailor, just FYI, I was the Aftersales manager of Beneteau sailboats for North, South America, the Carribean, Japan, & Australia for 15 years. My second office was my 40 footer berthed in Roadtown Tortola BVI's.

Is that engraved or a inlay? Can you do a confederate flag?

It's an inlay, took me probably 3 hours to do it and I wish I wouldnt have even started. What a pain. I shudda just put on a sticker or used spray paint and called it good!

Oh yeah, I'm retired US Navy Laz

Avast ye!

Here is a pic just before I put on what should be the last coat of finish. I just lightly burnished them and they are looking fine. I will look at them again tomorrow and if they look ready to go will send out some invoices and ship them wed. I don't want to rush the drying and have them get to you with the finish sticking to the bubble wrap, Arr!

Aye, I will put the kits together tonight, all the bottles and tubing and grog and pearls and whatnot.

As long as the finish is nice and dry, not tacky, like me, they will go out with the noon tide tomorrow. But they should be fine after 36 hours of drying.

Arrrr, finally done drilling and routing. Now I can sit back and relax.....and sand and maybe do some soldering....

arr..
