I have never put a meter on my Buzz or Ali'i VV. I don't care what the voltage is. I adjust for the flavor I'm looking for in my juice. In the morning, it's pretty light. In the evening after a couple Dark & Stormys, I crank it up. :D

Agree

Greetings Cap'n and fellow pirates! Finally made it back to cell range. Montana is not so great for the web. Looks like I have lots of catching up to do. Who's badmouthing our favorite mods? Walking the plank be too good for em!

Nobody of consequence. My son put it in perspective for me, he said "People attack what they either fear or envy". I liked that.

Help me out here guys, is vv or 5v that much different than 3.7 with a Cisco LR 306? Thanks! V

Agree, its all about the wattage. Where is that handy chart someone posted on ECF a while ago... I've been trying to find it.

Avast! Here is my newest video, a closer look at the Mark-IV production mods -

Yarrrr....

Why, that was very kind of you to do and say, I appreciate it and will do as you suggest.

Good day so far, got boxes and end caps cut and shaped for 30 scallywags. I won't build that many in one shot, but will save me time in the future.

Now I can also ship the pending DIY kits out on monday too. Nice to be getting caught up a bit.

Arrr, hope you all are doing something more exciting than me on a sat night......

Ive looked all over didnt see no bashin read a few compliments of u over on VF! i wouldnt give it another thought--throw em all overboard if they dont like ya and sail on

I took a break and decided to check out VF.... wow... all I can say is... wow, those guys don't play nice.

I think I will stick to ECF and let the sons do the thread browsing......wow, nasty ...

I've also been thinking while I'm drilling atty holes, should the VV go by the same name as the 3.7v model?

Naming mods can be kinda fun. Any suggestions or should I have one of those popular contests. How does that work? What are the rules?

Hmmm, back to drilling... Arrrr...

Thats handy as hell, thanks for the post. I've been playing with it, works like a charm.

You da man!

Yeah it is, I had a blast with it when I first found it. You can also enter the wattage you want to be at and the resistance and it'll give you the voltage to adjust to.

I want a Mark IV DIY kit in cedar if I can please.

I think "Sea Rover" is a neat name, like Violet suggested.

I had made one cedar mod for a pre order, but the order was canceled. The wood is very light and does chip easily, I think I am going to use it as a shop vaper and not offer cedar, it really is too chippy to last unless you handle it very carefully. I would rather you try another type of wood that wouldn't be such a hassle to work without damaging.

Don't get me wrong, its beautiful and works nicely, but too fragile, even I had to be very very careful when I was working it and busted a couple others I was working on.

Tell you what, see #410 in the picture? It is a cedar mod that I decided not to use. If you pay for parts only and shipping I will let you have it as a 3.7v for, say... $15 bucks, but understand it will not have a warranty.

What do you think?
