If anyone has a red colored mod from Brian, take a pic against something all white and I can swap out the purplish one in the banner now. makes it easier to make transparent.
I agree, much nicer than I did, it shows the difference between knowing how to use a tool, and having skill using a tool (kinda like mod building eh?)

I'm using my second thread for the DIY showcase, but it can be posted anywhere by anyone else that has to do with sales/specials etc I guess.

why dont you "provisorily" close the showcase thread (you should be able to re-open it) and open a new one with the special? I was thinking about posting it myself for you but if everybody started to do the same for their favorite suppliers this place would become a mess.

I see what you mean, I had meant the posting in the 'specials', 'Deals and steals' threads and stuff if anyone was inclined to do that... I will have to check to see where I can post, I've never bothered to outside this thread since registering.
I like a nice contrast, white ash comes out kinda greyish/white so I like the dark woods like bocote or black walnut, just my preference.
There are pics of all the woods on the website it that helps.

Ive looked at them all but that only confuses me.lol like i never would have got grayish white out of pics.
