If a picture is worth a thousand words, whats a vid worth? Must be a formula for it somewhere......:facepalm:

btw, all VV are set to 5v before shipping, should work quite well with any standard atty. Turn set screw CCW to lessen voltage, CW to increase. About a 1/4 turn per volt.

Yo Ho!

After much input and a staff meeting, we looked at the process and decided. As long as we don't deviate from production, for R&D or side jobs, start making the same quality box again and again as we started doing, keep the prices down and try to sell what we make as quickly as we can, then we can seriously lower prices and still make enough to justify the making of PV's.

All the R&D is done and the production process has been hammered out, so perhaps the time is right to ease up and not make you all pay for our down-time.

Here is the new special price list for everything;

Mark-II 5v - $99 bucks
Mark-III Scallywag - $99 bucks
Mark-IV Buccaneer 3.7v model - $110
Mark-IV Buccaneer 5v / VV model - $125

I will refund $40 to the people who purchased 421 and 427, yarrrr!!

Website is updated, the ship is ready for action

Hey Brian, I'm about ready to glue my kit up and being the skilled....pun intended....wood worker than I am I got a little over aggressive when sanding. After working that out I need to deepen the magnet holes in the panel a little. Is a regular bit ok or should I use something else. It looks flat which a regular bit won't do but that shouldn't matter I wouldn't think anyway. Just wanted to check.

You can use a regular 1/4" drill bit, the slide door has alot of material so you can go as deep as you need to get the magnets in. Different story if it was the end caps, don't have as much room to play with them. Good luck :)

Thanks, Lucky I didn't get that aggressive haha but I was wondering for a sec about the batteries, placed everything in for a test fit and still have plenty of room, whew. I should have it going shortly.

Yes I have an assembled vv in my kit-I'll be sure to look at the pic and pm u if I get stuck,lol

Cool. The one I assembled for you I used the wire lengths from the last batch, so one or two wires might be a tad short or long. take a look before installing the board and see if you need to adjust the length. Fun!
