Well now that I be one of the scurvy crew, so to speak, I may as well introduce meself.
I lived and worked on sailboats for good stretch before settling down and raising a family (the sailors term for this is "swallowing the anchor").

Along the way I met some colorful charactors. So I be tellin ya that if you ever get down this a way to Virginia and the Carolinas I can introduce you to some modern pirates.

Horatio Sinbad certainly qualifies as a modern day buccaneer. Pirate Privateer Productions - Reenactments of historical context and Tall Ship Events throughout the East Coast, Bahamas, Jamaica and Cayman Islands

Lane Briggs is another that I consider a modern day pirate. index.html

Anyway just thought the captain and crew would be interested that there still be scallywags under sail that be livin the reaving life.

Does anyone know if the Mark-III has a catch cup on the atty connection?

Ahoy matey! All the mods now have a small catch cup or drip well.

All the Mark-III Scallywags are tilt and shoot, so you invert the unit and squonk for 2-3 seconds at most, turn it right side up and go back to vaping. If you hear a slight gurgle sound, then you are squeezing the bottle a bit too long. IMHO tilt and shoot, also called gravity feed by some, is superior in that there is no juice that gets outside the atty, the drops drip directly on the bridge/wick and it is quick and painless.

The feed bottle has a metal tube running thru the bottle tip with a silicone seal between the cap and bottle tip preventing any leaks. Then there is a flexible tube connecting it to the metal tube that runs thru the atty. The atty tube is fully soldered to seal it up.

I will get your Mark-III scallywag shipped on the afternoon tide on the morrow, hope it gets to you right quick, arrr

You picked a pretty one, the Padauk inlay with Ebony borders is another one of my favorite combinations.
