Wow, cutting end caps is taking much longer than I anticipated. I finally dug out my boxes of main body cutoff scraps and am turning them into end cap pieces when possible. I am not going to be able to picture them all, just too many, but I will take a picture of each type of end cap wood available.

Back to dust snorting ... later..

As for me, I'm just enjoying my new Red Sky mod...experimenting with different e-juices, carto/atty/voltage combinations. I applied a little Howard Feed 'n Wax too, in order to add just a little layer of protection to the wood. It also seems to bring out the wood color a bit more, a very nice effect.

One happy vaper here!

Avast! I moved as fast as I could after the last batch ended and here we go again, arrrr!

Pre-order time for those scurvy dogs what's wantin' em made to order. I'm only making Mark-5.1 Dual mode Cutlass's this time as that's what everyone is screaming for.

Choose a Main body wood, end cap wood, Hardware (nickel or plated switch) and round or soft octagon edge style.

PM me your choices and I will confirm that we are good to go and I will add your mod to the list.

As before, base price is $179. Expensive main body wood selections may add to the cost. The added price is noted in the main body wood picture. No other options will add to the cost. If you want something unusual done to your mod, ask me about it and we can discuss it and see what can be done.

Main body wood selections;

End cap wood selections;

Hardware options (If you want Black hardware, it will have to be ordered).

Edge options, rounded or soft octagon (ask if you want something else done, I may be able to do it for you).

I will probably end pre-ordering around Wednesday. It will take about 8-10 days to complete and ship the mods once work begins.

The Mark-5.1 Cutlass;
Featuring dual operating modes. Direct battery mode to run unit at 3.7V using 18650 battery types and two battery combinations for 5V, 6V, 7.4V and variable volt mode using dual 18350 type batteries.

Standard features;

3 amp switching regulator
200 thousand cycle Stainless Steel switch
Large catch cup
Sealed 6 ml feed system
Native 510 atomizer connector
Digital Voltage display
On/Off switch
Dual mode switch (Direct & variable voltage)
Voltage adjustment tool (mounted to inner door)

Don't forget, only a few more hours to get in a bid on one or both of these ladies, they have been patiently waiting on a new home.

Arrr, I've been asked if I had anything else to offer, especially if it is more inclined to people on a budget, so I took a look on the shelves and this is what I came up with.

#510 is Bocote with Cocobolo end caps, Basic VV with voltage display. The On/Off switch did not work so I bypassed it and put it on the shelf. Also I noticed that the coating on the LED is a bit thick and although you can read the display it is kinda dim. It uses a linear regulator for power and 2 x 18350 batteries. SS switch and Large SS catch cup.

Note: best offer by end of weekend gets the mod unless someone grabs it for the price listed :)

Price $139 or best offer;

The other is a return for a leaking CC and buyback. #436 is Basic VV, no voltage display. I retrofitted a large SS catch cup on it later and on the shelf it went. It is the first one that I contoured for fingers. I stopped doing that as I did not want to step on Brad's toes. It also has rounded edging. Wenge with Mulberry end caps and inlay. Linear regulator and On/Off switch. The squonk hole is a bit large than usual as well and mounted on the right side. 2x18350 batteries.

Price $135 or best offer;

Yo ho!

I'm going to stick my neck out and assume these are examples. Wood, being wood, just as you and I are different, it is never exactly the same. But that's what makes every one unique. :)

Does that Box Elder end cap seriously have red running through it? Are these the exact pieces or just examples?

In most cases, the one pictured is the one I will be using. The box elder you see is the one I will use :) Macassar ebony, B&W ebony, Bocote, Canary and Zebrawood are the ones I have the most of and can take multiple orders of them.

I'm going to try to keep this bumped up towards the top as it seems many people missed the last pre-order because the post kept getting lost in the thread.
