Thanks Sallie, I wish that I could take the credit but all I did was pick out the wood and the craftsman (Brian) made the mod. I own way too many mods and have been slowly selling them off simply because I use the RSM most of the time. This particular one is so beautiful that it never leaves the house. Brian is currently making my “Road Warrior” so that I can enjoy the RSM while I’m traveling. I’ve never made a review video before but I just might give it a go for this one.

Cool. I bought a mod a few weeks ago. Not because it was Brazilian rosewood (didn't even know it was Brazilian), but be cause it was dark with some very light sapwood with light accents. The sapwood made me want it. (not trying to dixcuss competition, just explaining how my stupid brain works)

Sounds pretty, can you post a pic?

I’m right there with you. I love intricate wood patterns. That’s why I chose #5108….

Congrats on post #100!

The spalting on that Koa is cause by fungi, white rot fungi bleaches it and makes it so soft, it is really one step away from disintegrating into nothing. We have to really stabilize it to keep it workable and its still almost as light as balsa wood. Fungi can cause streaks of different colors and patterns so it really does leave a totally unique art in the wood.

That is absolutely a unique piece of wood there, no way I could replicate it again so take care!

Ok? You can delete it if you'd like.

The inlays are amboyna.

Easily recognizable, has that mod ever evolved since it was first produced?

Now now, be kind. Irregardless of what people think of the man or his product, he has provided a reliable alternative to smoking for alot of people for a long time now and still sells well. If it works why change it? My hats off to him.

Good day today, got all the sanding and fitting done. Tomorrow I start to assemble it all into mods, yo ho!

Think I might play with the cnc machine for the rest of the night, see if I can figure out how to do complex inlays and actually using wood into wood inlay like the big boys do, I'm pretty excited about figuring that out, will be tricky but awesome if I can get it to do it.

I'd be quite surprised if someone who had more than one or two wood mods had them from just one artist. I want a Picasso, but I also want a Pollock. :)

I will have 3 rsm s after this next batch. I have had most others except a grip.

Before getting my rsm I was at a vaping standstill. I couldn't find my sweet spot on anything anymore and I have had almost every mod made from gg's to provaris.

My rsm's are now almost all I vape. It hase the most versatility and give te most consistant vape of any mod I've ever owned. No fiddling, no experimenting just fill juice put atty on, squonk then vape.

Perfection. I will buy mods for performance over looks any day but with the rsm you get both beauty and unmatched performance.
