I got a 510 set from ecigexpress, and their service was great. It arrived in a few days, and when my attys dies within two weeks, they sent out 3 replacements right away. Good prices, too.
I then ordered a 901 for comparison from eastmall.net. It was here in about 9 days, and works just fine. Since I prefer the 510, I decided to order spare batts and attys. I went back to eastmall and found a great deal on 5-packs of batts and attys. They also had blank whistle-tip carts, which I prefer. I emailed them to ask what color the LED was, and they replied within a few minutes. (Keep in mind I was emailing in the evening US, and that made it mid-morning in China.) Even with $15 shipping, their prices were the best I found. And it got here in 6 days! All the way from China. Wow! (BTW - their caramel liquid is to die for!)
So now I'm set for months....at least, until I get the urge to try a new model!

I have had great results with the electronic cigarette company dot com. service is great, customer service is awesome! and the product usually arrives in 3 days. Oh and the prices are very competitive.
ps thank all of you for posting great tips and advise. I have been vaping for 6 months now w/ no tobacco. I started wit in life and I might say I am glad to no longer be promoting nor buying through them, a joke!!

OK, since I MUST work for them, then I do have a complaint. I have not received my check!
Of course I dont work for them, know them personally, have any connection what so ever, and am not part of a conspiracy. Sorry you have not received your order. I did. Not sure what the holdup is for you, but I will tell ya exactly what I ordered: 510 PCC starter kit, extra atty, extra battery, 5 cartridges, and a couple bottles of juice. When I did not receive it within the week, I emailed them (it was on a Sat) but by Monday it had arrived. I emailed them again, telling them so. They did respond, and I have sent/recieved several emails from them since.
I am not claiming my situation applies to every order, just honestly reporting what I did experience. Good luck to you, I hope your issue gets resolved ASAP.

Oh no. I'm brand new to this and ordered a SS Choice No.7 from ecigaretteschoice. Of course that was BEFORE I found this forum. Did I make a mistake? Lots of people seem to prefer the 510. Should I cancel? If so, who should I go to? There's so many choices...!! 8-o
Bought an e-cig off amazon from ecighawaii and after a slight learning curve...WOW. They have been great helping me figure this thing out, even sent new batteries and a wall charger trying to help. Now that I have thsi thing working it makes as much vapor as I have seen on the 510 videos. Only problem the carts are dead after about 20 hits. I'm assuming its a 401 model of some type with a small cup inside the cart that holds the juice. Looks like I will be learning how to refill them as soon as I get my juice order.

Hi folks, I'm new here. I really want to try e-cigs, so this thread is great. I guess I'll go with the "510/Dura/Titan/Yeti", since these were top-rated in a poll here.
By any chance, is there a poll for best suppliers? I guess I'm looking for a US supplier of the above model. (Are these all the same base model, just with different names due to resellers?) It's kind of tough to draw conclusions from the 100+ messages in this thread. I just want a cig, and a supplier, that are tried and true for my first purchase.

You'll get the best prices direct from China becuase that's where they're made. You really only have to wait about a week so it's not that bad. ruyandirect is one of the best. I've converted my co-workers so we usually place an order together. Very reputable and you don't have to worry about getting genuine models.
If you have to buy from a US dealer there are plenty. Faster shipping but it'll often cost more. Try rocky mountain vapor. Have heard really good things about them and the prices are about the best you'll find from a US dealer.

Hello to you all. I just thought I'd contribute to the thread by praising e-cigs.co.uk. I have only recently switched from 20 Camel a day to using an e-cig. I have bought a lot of kit recently, all from e-cigs.co.uk, their prices are very reasonable and everything I have ordered has arrived the next day in good order.
I received their Zenith branded e-cig today, its a lovely brushed steel joy510. Was only £35 and comes with an auto and manual battery and two atomizers. Its a real pleasure to use, lovely smooth draw and flavor. Its light to and nicely finished. Think I will have to get the PCC for it now.

Hi all! Another newbie here. I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with besteciggy dot com? I'm looking to purchase my first e-cig (after almost 25 years of smoking analogs, I just can't take it anymore!). I'm impressed by the return policy besteciggy lays claim to on their website and am interested from buying from a U.S. supplier, so I don't have to worry about my order getting held up in customs. I can see why the forum might not want an actual poll for best supplier, since you can see there are some unscrupulous folks around plugging their companies incognito... having a poll would probably cause them to make lots of fake accounts. Anyway,

Still, as Prof Daffy points out, one might get better prices direct from China. For Chinese sites, www_EastMall_net got the most votes, at 7. Note that this is also (formerly?) known as www_eCigaretteMall_com (which goes to EastMall), aka David Yang, a regular here. But a very close runner-up was www_BesteCig_com with 6 votes.
Although I wasn't counting UK sites, it is clear from going through all the messages that www_e-Cigs_co_uk was the winner. It may well have gotten more than 7 votes, if I had counted it.
Interestingly, there were 20 companies (location unknown since it's rarely stated) that got 1 or 2 votes, one company that got 3 votes - and then the rest are the "winners" cited above. It's a very bimodal distribution.
I conjecture that what's happened in this thread is that there are some popular suppliers, and then other folks wanted to give a shout out to some favorite that hadn't been mentioned yet (which sometimes got an "I'll second that!") vote. Which is to say that this long thread really isn't a "mini poll"... a lot of folks seem to be making sure that a company they like got mentioned, than repeating sites that have been mentioned.
Anyway, there's the tally. I hope some other newbies find it helpful... I just wanted one good company. And I hope no one objects to the way I did it. If you did, then do your own tally. This one took me an hour, as simple as it was. (Including this write-up.)

I'm trying to trade in my old smokes for e-ciggs. I've done ALL my homework and want a 901 manual with extra carts and liquid, etc - with starter kit.
Ok, so give me some U.S. companies. I'm in Maryland and want it to arrive not more than two-three days after I order. Can't wait weeks for my first order, because I've promised my kids I'd quit smoking tobacco this week!
