has anybody ever ordered from ecigmall if so how was it?

I ordered directly from David Yang one time (David is in China; ecigmall is his US distributor) and it went well, but I have not yet ordered directly from ecigmall. Gashin is the supplier for that here. If you PM him, I'm sure he'd be quite helpful.

I also have problems with smokenotar. I paid via PayPal who say they are trying to get my money back - though they have also been far from helpful. I lost £43.

Did you try the bank or provider who issued your card, Liz? Usually they have some kind of insurance built in to protect you from fraudulent use. I haven't heard back from my bank yet, but I'm hopeful.

As for smokenotar, I don't understand how they get away with this. From time to time I'm still checking their website, and they're still open for business! So any unsuspecting consumer can give them their hard-earned money and get nothing in return. If we did something similar in our shop here, surely we would have been forced to close and we'd be prosecuted!?

smokenotar seem to have a bad reputation and they are breaking the law by advertising their ecig as an aid to giving up smoking on their website. They might think they have been clever by including the text as part of an image but that will not impress the intrepid investigators at the MHRA who have the power to shut down the site and stop the owner from trading or even to prosecute without warning. All it needs is for anyone who has seen the website to inform the MHRA regarding the 'stop smoking aid' claim vis the following email address: info at mhra.gsi.gov.uk and including the URL of the offending site, www smokenotar com (I can't post links yet)
We have enough problems without 'rogue' suppliers.
Alan.

I find that really ironic: That fraudsters such as smokenotar can be stopped for misleading claims on products that they don't have any intention on supplying.

Going down the MHRA road would only be my last resort, to be honest. I don't want to cause problems for all the reputable, genuine suppliers out there by putting their websites into the spotlight. I only found out yesterday that the Australians are trying to ban the e-cigarettes, or have they banned them already? Don't want to give the authorities here any ideas.

There is something called the European Consumer Centre (websites in Ireland and UK), which I am going to contact

Wow, how did you do that, Papa Lazarou? I'm impressed: Peter Dew's address, phone number and email address at the click of one button! Might come in handy, thanks. :thumb:

Essex Trading Standards led me to the sites of "Consumer Direct" and "Rip-off Tip-off" (sounds good, if it does what it says on the tin!).

Sadly, my credit card issuers haven't replied to my request yet. But so far I'm working on the assumption that no news is good news.

POPROCKS ... We know you have some financial backing with Crown7. Whether you work for them, Own them, or just distribute for them, you are somehow connected to them.

Please stop your spammy posts.

And for the record, you are also known on these boards as:
* Zippitydoo
* SMOKAMAN

Further Proof:
BigJimmer is a Crown7 Supplier on the USA Forum Website. Your email just happens to be BigJimmer.

Please do reconsider before posting again. I have no issues on making you a supplier, but being called out by not only mods, but members, your rep isn't the best right now bud ...

ok, im still new to these forums and new to vaping. my first purchase of an e-smoke device was a crown7 cigar.

as for the product itself...well, its been 15 days since its arrival, and tomorrow i will be recieving my THRID replacement tube. the bad thing about these is it doesnt seem there is anyway to replace the atomizer without replacing the whole tube.

now then, the first device sent...was not what i ordered. on their website it showed to be a sleek, black finished tube. when i got my order, it was woodgrain. not what i was expecting at all, but i thought what the hell i'll give it a shot. still...not a fan of false advertising.

so, after a few days it seemed to be sucking the wool right out of the cartridge. well i sent them an email detailing the problem and also mentioning my unhappiness about recieving a woodgrain style instead of the sleek black.

their response was that they no longer carried the black model but did have 2 left in stock and would send me one. well they actually sent them both which i thought was pretty damn cool of them.

BOTH of the black tubes fell apart in days. poorly made devices and i now understand why theyve stopped carrying them.

honestly at this point i cant say much for their product. my original ordered device seems to be holding up pretty well now (except the batteries which barely hold a charge at all) and im still using it.

but i will say this...crown7 does have good customer service. ive never waited more than 6 hours for a response from my emails and they have done everything they can to help resolve my problem.

im not trying to back the guy from the quote above, if hes a distributor and posting in the forums like that, well i say its kinda cheap and dishonorable. but i will vouch for crown7's customer service...a lot more than i would vouch for their product.

Definitely Wayne at Heaven Gifts, great response time to questions, good products, and good shipping prices:
Ruyandirect.com Best E-smoking Shop

David Yang has some innovative designs, I love the 4 hole 801:
www.eastmall.net - Eastmall International Co.,Ltd

Beci at BestEcig always has good service good products and decent shipping:
BestEcig-Newest Mini E-cigarette|E-cigarette|wholesale e-liquid

James at The Smokesafe is a good guy with decent products at a reasonable price, fast shipping and his RY4 Smooth is excellent:
TheSmokeSafe.com - The #1 Source For E-Cigs, Parts, Accessories and Supplies!

Herman at MyVaporStore is top notch. Fast shipping, great prices, and excellent liquid:
MyVaporStore.com

The Widows Bead Shop - Can't beat the Widow's free shipping:
Widows Bead Work - E-cig

I've purchased from each of these places and had very good customer service. I think the products are what they are at the moment and any given one of them can be hit or miss. For me, it's more about how a supplier manages the item that misses that really counts.

I started vaping about a week ago, and of course, I'm going through the typical newbie learning process..

However, I would like to give my thumbs up to both puresmoker and ecigarettecigar - both companies have supplied me with exactly what I ordered in half a weeks time, with great customer service from both companies. They are quick to respond to Emails, knowledgeable about their products, and genuinely nice people, as I have seen (at least by cash) here on the forums.

For the record, White DSE901 with orange LED (hah, fell into the 'I want an e-c0g that looks real' trap...) from puresmoker, silver pen style with blue LED from ecigarettecigar (ordered three days after my 901 arrived.) Both are working flawlessly, and I, being in retail cellular sales, am at my mall kiosk more often (therefore not losing sales), and smelling like the rose that I am (therefore not losing sales), instead of outside every hour for an analog, and oming back smelling aweful, and deep down inside hating myself... :)
