Yes. I'm going to try a few different techniques for replicating the look and color of the body.

yeah! I am still considering hitting the body with gun bluing solution, but I need to test it on the other tumbled door I have to make sure it doesn't eat away the tumbled look.

Don't think gun bluing works on aluminum. Blueing is really just a controlled oxidation process, and I "think" it has to be done on steel.
So do standard woodvil doors fit the metal grands? *gasp*
