Just to start, first it will get a copper color the go to brass. I took mine all the way to shiny with 320, 400, 600, 800, 1500, then polish.

I don't know, didn't do it all at once, just as I had some free time one evening between dinner, TV, dog walks, etc. Easily done in an evening. Wet sanding is your friend. I had a trickle going in the sink, held the drill on an angle so that the water only hit the RM2.

Got it thanks!
Just ordered a 6pc wet sandpaper kit - with 320,400,600,800,1000,1600 grit paper. Looking forward to my new project!

Howdy folks, I joined the Reo club back on New Year's, but have only just gotten around to saying hello!

Here are my Reo's - 3 Mini 18490's, and a tumbled LP Grand with an hcigar Omega clone I drilled out for bottom feeding (center post: down the length + across). I love these things; Rob does amazing work!

Finally! Pics of my beloved copper/black grand, and of course the obligatory 'build/onoff/topless' (I cater to all level of filthy mindedness!) shot...DZ jig business, of course. It's enjoying a hike in the lovely Wissahickon. These days, of course, I'm using a delrin tip, as I don't want to reenact any A Christmas Story scenes on the streets of Philadelphia.
