Karen, this latest run of Woodvil's are smaller than the previous Woodvil's. Here are the exact dimensions of my Lace.

3 3/4" tall without reservoir
1" deep
2" wide without switch
2 1/4" wide with switch
4 1/8" tall with reservoir

Only a tiny bit of difference smaller than my jatoba/zebra wood from Feb. While the "outside" width dimensions are almost the same, the inside is "tighter". You can really tell the difference with the doors off of it and look at the ~1/8th inch gap between the bottle and the battery in the Feb run. There is no gap at all with this new one. The batt and bottle are snug against each other.
I REALLY like this new one ALOT! It actually feels better and a skosh smaller in the hand.

Wow, that is cool. I guess there are differences! I checked my 6 and didn't notice a difference really. I think all of mine might be from after Feb. Bottle and battery touch or just a hair between them.

Something Redeyedancer (Robert) posted on another thread:
"11/64 for the new tubes if you have & older reo you will need a 7/64 drill bit"

This was in response to a question about the hole in the bottle cap. It is the size drill bit needed for the hole if replacing the cap.

when it comes to 18650 batts.. should i go with 2400 mah or 3000 mah? im looking at this ultrafire charger/battery kit. good brand?? KIT: TL-100 Universal Li-Ion 18650 Battery Charger + 2 18650 Batteries!
The recommended battery is AW IMR 18650 3.7V @ 1600 mAh. Battery length is very important. The spring will collapse in case of a short. If the battery is too long the spring is compressed so much that it has no room to collapse. During a short if the battery can not drop away from the firing point you could face further damage to your REO.
The batteries with higher mAh are longer.

I can tell you from experience that you can put one of those 3000mah jobs in a Grand, but it mashes the spring absolutely flat, which takes away the safety function of the collapsing spring (which breaks the circuit when things get ugly). Not worth it, in my estimation.
