Emailed wayne at heaven-gifts about the guarantee this is what he said

Hi Kit

I am very happy to know you like the RUYAN e-cigar.

Yes, we do provide 5 years guarantee for the e-cigar atomizer, as RUYAN company are supporting us to provide such guarantee.

As we declared in the item description, if the atomizer is spoilt during the guarantee period, you should send back the spoilt e-cigar atomizer to us and pay the shipping fee for us to send replacement to you after we receive the returned. According to our experience, if sending 1pc e-cigar by the cheapest airmail from UK to China, the shipping fee is about GBP2. And, we always charge USD3 as the registered air parcel shippng fee for us to send a new e-cigar from China to US.

Best regards,

Wayne

GBP2 and USD3? Are these dollar figures? or Shipping categories? Waynes a good dude to deal with for sure- very quick to respond to emails, and so far a very nice fella to deal with in my experience- Now if we can just talk him into gettign higher nicotine for the cartridges and throwaway cigars- he only has 16 mg as the highest

That's certainly one of hte best or close ot best gurantee around. I shoulda just goen with one of htose right from the start way back when I first began esmoking two or three moths ago lol.

Hi Nazareth:

I get most of my e-cigs from Sedansa, my favorite. And when one of my batteries goes bad, I get a replacement at no charge. I haven't even had to send the battery back to them. Also, they have a 5-year warranty as well.

Ive used waynes guarantee as i had a dodgy atomizer. it cost me £1.67 to send back to china and he sent me a new one with my cartridge order. Cant fault the bloke always been helpful and seems to give slightly better prices if you order direct from him instead of through ebay.

what the link to wayne direct matt ? :)

Luckily I haven't had any problems with any of my Sedansa atomizers. Just their batteries. Probably because I e-drip quite a bit, so it's my fault, I'm sure.

Anyway, who is Wayne? Sounds like a good businessman.

Youve probably seen other people posting on here about heavens gifts off ebay , wayne is the bloke who i always deal with. I would highly recommend him. ( and im not on his payroll ;))

Oh, yes. I have purchased from Heaven's Gifts off of eBay. That was one of my first purchases (mini e-cig) back in January or February. His prices are very reasonable, but I did not care too much for his mini e-cig since I am a dedicated Sedansa and Janty puffer!!! These are my two top favorites. However, I have at least 10 different ones that I like to use.

I notice that even though the pen-style may look the same among many of the manufacturers, they really are not the same. I've ordered over 40 Sedansas to give to family, friends, and coworkers, and I've only had 1 bad atomizer.

Now their batteries are another thing. They seem to be stronger than anyone else's battery, but I don't think there is any battery in the world that can take my e-dripping abuse. I sure wish the manufacturers would come up with some type of dam or absorption material between the battery and the atomizer in order to avoid short-circuiting the batteries!!!

Yeah, they too are one of the best. There are soem good gauruntees for sure out htere, but not many have a 5 year one.

And I don't know if I'm mentally challenged with these things or not, but truly I've ruined over 25 pink batteries this year. And since I thought it was my fault for e-dripping so much, I didn't bother asking to return them. But it doesn't hurt to ask.

So I wrote them an e-mail, telling them I need to return 25 batteries and 1 atomizer. I think they probably were in shock when they read how many and probably didn't believe me. So just in case, I UPS'd them to Sedansa, and they sent me back 40 batteries and 40 atomizers for my trouble.

What trouble? I'm the trouble!!!
