chopper, you can't file a claim unless you have the receipt; which puts you right back in the middle of things ......
lol - not to worry. From what I hear, customers have a pretty damn small wait time compared to other rba builders out there. I am pretty happy with my Katana (though I am still excited to get my Atom), but the wife is pretty anxious to get her Atom and bugs me about when it is coming almost every day. I usually blow a huge cloud at her from my Katana, and say "When he is finished building it", but lately I have been having trouble finding it, because it's in her fist! She is a geni convert without even owning one! She actually looks at her cartos with disdain!
I'm thinking they will have a paypal receipt and a tracking number...if not scan a receipt and sent it to them, still better than endless PM's and phone calls.....and just ADDS to that great customer service Chopper provides.
I just called USPS, they said either party can file a claim, all the customer needs is INS. #, they would not have to contact the business.

Chopper here's the USPS # 800 275 8777 if you'd like to check, after you get online operater ask for "Delivery Status" then say "Customer Service". Gezzz this is about like filing claim...lol Oh they said you can file it online also so no trip to the post office.

It's hard to find. I heard the seller on eBay is on vaca and will be back selling it in a month. Nichrome is the best bet for purchase today. This will change.
Hey chopper what is included with the atom, mesh and wire wise. Whatever is included, how long would it last with heavy vaping? Just bought some mesh on ebay but can't find 33awg wire anywhere at the moment, wondering if I should buy some 32 from zen's store to tide me over till more ebay wire is available or just wait.
