Can you tell us, are we going to be able to place orders for items we want to buy? I just experienced my first flash sale and while exciting it is hugely disappointing to not get what you want. I think they foster too much disappointment and a little resentment in a product.

If you are east coast it was at 2 am! That's crazy. A lot of people didn't buy anything because they couldnt get the piece they wanted. I rather spend a little more and get the piece I want. That would make me a happy customer!!
We are going to do our best to maintain an abundant inventory at all times. We will have a fully functional retail website up and running asap, but until that is operational, we will be offering items right here in the ECF suppliers forum. We will take orders on a first come, first served basis, and hopefully we will have enough for everyone! If you see something that you like that sells before you can claim it, we will also be happy to take custom requests to recreate previously sold items as closely as possible. Of course, no two items will be exactly the same, but that's part of the beauty of handmade art!

That is awesome news!!! I totally understand that no two pieces can be exact but being able to order a like piece is fab.
Mid-June is our expected launch. I know that seems like forever away, but time flies and good things come to those who wait!!!

So glad that you will try to accommodate us on a similar piece if the wanted item has already been spoken for. I've tried to purchase something in a couple of those flash sales now. I came away empty handed and with the distinct feeling I really didn't want to have to participate in those. It very much reminds me of all the people pushing and shoving to get in the door first for black friday sales at the beginning of xmas shopping season. Did it once, refuse to do it again.
I'm still waiting excitedly for your products to show up ( and patiently)

We don't want people to have to fuss and fight over getting our products. We want to make it as easy and stress-free as possible to enjoy vaping in style! Don't get me wrong, I love the idea of people lining up to get our products, but we will do everything in our power to make sure that everybody has a pleasant purchasing experience and ends up with something that they will love!
Very pretty stuff! I love the swirling colors! Put me down for one of those! lol! I'm very happy to hear you aren't going to be doing those flash sales. I've never participated in one cause I just didn't have the desire to fight over something like this. I too can understand where you won't get exactly what you see. Totally understandable.

Having to fight to own a piece of art kind of takes away from the beauty of it. IMHO.
I have to disagree! I think it makes it all the more satisfying to know hundreds of other people wanted that exact piece but you ended up with it! And that's how all art normally is....
