As far as parading around his custom tips, MrKai asks everyone to post their pics. I have not had time yet to photograph mine - so I may as well parade mine around now

I appreciate that you edited your post, but I see that the original was quoted below, so the damage is done. I post pics of my custom tips because I'm EXTREMELY happy with them, but that doesn't mean that I can't provide constructive criticism to the work that Kai did, because at the end of the day, its my CUSTOM drip tip. I'm using a TT glass tip on my DID. This was my first and although it has two o-rings, I can only insert it where the top o-ring is flush with the top. I don't know it your suppose to push that o-ring in or not, regardless it makes an air tight seal and works like a charm. The tip is black so the o-ring on top isn't noticeable at all.

Gotta get me some SW glass tips but I'm a simpleton and prefer mostly black....maybe I will get them to do some custom SW tips for me with mostly black and splashes of other colors.

Perhaps I'm not pushing the tip all the way in, like I said the top o-ring isn't going into the DT hole, it is sitting flush with the top of the DID, but it does create an air tight seal, so it works for ME. Perhaps other tips have a deeper insertion end. Definitely don't want to say someone lied because their experience is different from mine.

My understanding of the top o-ring is that it is for protection of the glass tip, it gives cushion for the many times of on and off between the metal of the atomizer and the glass tip. I have found that for some atomizers that both o-rings will slip into the atomizer, yet it still gives a bit of cushion. Hope that makes sense .
