OMG!!! I am new and would like to put in a request, as i would have to drive from Lexington and back the same night, is there a way to make it any earlier???? Monday Morning is a @#$^$ on it's own, then having been out drinking and making new friends, I'll be a mess, a Hot Mess!!!!!

July 11th is like, less than 2 weeks away - if we're gonna do this we need to get a move on, that or set a new date
i found a great and affordable hotel 3.7 miles form the venue - there is only one road to take via mapquest
Fairfield in Marriot is showing rates of only 69.00 a night for a room with 2 queen beds, it's three stars and has a 4.0 out of 5 rating.
IF you guys need help, i have no problem calling Delaneys and setting this up, i can also help you book your room if needed (contact info is on my website)
but i know a lot of people will need to request the day off of work, and it seems like this date is growing ever close, we can push it back a week but lets see who's involved.
we can also look to the 18th of the month, which gives everyone else an additional week to get prepared, and this is a great room at a great rate - check it out online.

either date is risky for me as my daughter is expecting and is due to birth her baby (LOL) any time the later part of July. So, If she goes into Labor or has had the babe I wouldn't be able to make it, nor my DH. I would however be willing to organize or get something going in the columbia area since I have MANY contacts in the service industry that would welcome us and our business.

lol, yeah sadly they tore down the myrtle square mall a couple of years ago, its a big, empty lot now. The traffic has increased significantly in the past few weeks, giving my 10+ minutes to my commute to work each day... but it is also the time of year we make most of our money here, so no complaints about the tourism

well fer now, i'd like to put a vote in with Kno and go fer the 25th, i can definately make that one, the 11th is still a maybe fer me. i'm still tryin to get all my ducks in a row with my parents, i gotta make sure someone is either with em or on call while i'm gone since they both disabled.

Due to the death of a close friend a couple of days ago. I will be at a memorial service on the 11th and won't be attending the meet. If it is rescheduled, please let me know, I'd really like to make it upstate.

So, I guess the 11th is falling through due to lack of interest, and someone else has claimed the 18th. Crap. Would any locals still like to meet up on the 11th? I've already arranged the babysitter, and it seems a shame to let the locale go to waste. I'm pretty sure Opie would make it. How about it, Upstate vapers? Up for a small get-together on Sunday?
I will put the 25th in my little book and who knows the baby may be born the 18th,(cross ur fingers) and by the 25th, I would be able to make it. It looks like the process has started as of last Doc visit, I know if she doesn't have this
