Yeah I DL'd it on the PC and copied to the phone, so I could listen while I prepped some pieces for my own 15mm!!!!! Genises (2 of them, not sure of the plural there). Now I'm pretty convinced there wont be a co-op for the smaller size, so I have to take matters into my own hands....

And, we could point to linux and android as examples of open source going quite far to the masses. Sure, android isn't really open source anymore, but it still has some of that charm.

You know I was thinking the same thing when Rus came on talking about why have it open-source and disenfranchise suppliers from making profits on it.
My thought was look at Linux and all of the millions of people and thousands of companies that have been created from it. Most of the internet employs some facet of Linux as well as enterprise systems.

State of Confusion
Well, that's a good thought, but Linux would still be approximately nowhere if for-profit companies did not start distributing, packaging, and supporting it, as any organization worth its salt won't run a server OS without a support contract. That situation is not the same as asserting conditions on the use of a manufactured material in an atomizer. In fact, no situation that I can think of is analagous.

i figured something ed lol
nice job on the show dan!
i think some ppl missunderstand about the co-ops. if it includes a genisis type atty then of course if must be strictly for cost but if it is a project that has nothing to do with a genisis setup then theres no reason the person doing the work shouldnt make a reasonable profit for his time and work provided the finished product is more then reasonably priced and everybody is happy with it...

Hey that was fun.... :)

Well here is what I was working on today:
G-tank-US, was working on the prototype, got 2 of the 5 pieces made today. Here is a size comparison to the original G-tank and a B Ego T-tank. Still need to thread this but looking good.

So I received my scuba today. It's from the original build. I went to ace and got some assorted screws and nuts and washers. I got two sizes. 0-80 thread screws nuts and washers. Also got 4-40 ones too. I wants to use either combo for the positive and negative posts. Something about just screwing down the kanthal makes sense in my head to me. I will turn down some ss to give me a press fit on the negative post drill and tap it to either size. Will drill and tap a piece of ss too for the positive side but insulate it and press it. What do you guys think? Will this give me good conductivity?
I will be posting a lot lol sorry.
