title has most of the info, here's the TPA flavorings i need advice on:

Green Apple

Peach

Pear

Peppermint

also, i have some menthol crystals and i've mixed them 50/50 (approximately, i eye-balled it in a 15ml bottle) with PG. what kind of % should i go with on that to get a decent menthol flavor that doesn't eat away the back of my throat ;)?

thanks in advance (i'm using 2/3 PG 1/3 VG as my base, and adding 48mg nic [also PG] to make my juice around 6mg/ml, so it's probably close to 70/30 PG/VG all said, in case any of this matters)

For Green Apple, Peach, and Pear, I'd suggest starting at 10% and seeing if that works for you and go up from there. I prefer those 2 with some EM (aka-Cotton Candy) with them or Cinnamon works well too.

Peppermint is stronger, so adjust accordingly.

Just my opinion, but I use the first 3 closer to 14-20%, but I do like them strong.

I've used and ounce of the green apple and the pear. Both excellent flavors btw!

green apple = 10 percent
pear = 15 percent

I'll definitely be ordering these two again. I'm currently looking for some strong fruit flavors and green apple mega strong. I figure if the flavor is strong to begin with I'll save money and not run out so quickly. With blueberry being so weak I would not order it again. I think I'll go start a new thread on this, good luck!

My experience with menthol is that I mix 1/4oz of crystals in with 25ml of PG. This works out (by my bad math) to about a 20% solution of menthol or so. 5% of this in a juice is a "light" menthol for me. 10% is heavy, 20% is "omg vicks so good <3"

Thing is though, your mileage may vary. I've got people who hear how I mix my super-menthol juice and go "o_O" at me. It'd strip the lining off their throat. :)

Best suggestion I can make is to be -consistent- with how you mix. If you -always- mix menthol with PG at a certain proportion, you can use that just like a flavoring - and just like with any flavoring, it takes a bit of fiddling to get "right".
