LOL same, interesting this post came up again...my buddy just gave me my V3 back today...his throat simply can't handle it any more...time to yank the double drop wick, tweak the neg conn post turn it into a mega Line with a proper fill hole...

BTW: #14 washers and #7 O-rings from lowes are the right size for 12ml syringe tubes from tractor supply.

Edit: Tested and fail... Will be collecting supplies for a version 2.

I think these MIGHT be suitable for the outside tube if you can cut it to size:
