well,

I unpacked a new 801 cartridge, pulled off the white plastic cover.
stuck it into my atty and away i go vaping-

heeey !!!!!--- no vapor !!! whats this ---- ???????

so after several minutes of growing frustration,
I throw the atty accross the room,
and get another one, --
no worries, good vapor and I am soon nic'ed up and happy again !!!!!!!!!

later, I pick up the atty that flew accross the room,
I happen to look inside and what do I see ?????????

the little rubber mini-cap-- over the atty bridge !!!!!!!!!!

hahahah -- no wonder no vapor, and wierd rubbery taste - hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah8-o8-o8-o

and I am not even blonde !!!!!!!!!

and I have been doing this for over 12 months --- DUUUUUHH !!!!!!!!

considering how long I have been doing this,

and how long I have been using these 801 carts,

there really is no excuse for my stoopidity !!!!

I can only plead -- diminished capacity -

I tend to believe this is because you placed the order right in the middle of the mess, of course I could be incorrect, but there was one heck of a pile-up.

We all ordered at the same time. There is one David. He is hardworking, sympathetic and hopes to please us all. Di the veteran keeps us amused while EMS juggles our package. Mud (if I can be familiar) : we are just getting to know you, even though you have been around longer than most of us. I am now in the capable hands of the USPS before they hand off to ... shudder ... CUSTOMS! There it will stay until I have to do something important for a while, like take a cold shower. That's when they try to deliver. My precious takes the scenic route back to the post office bowels. I pick up my package with trembling hands and resist tearing it open for I know vaping an indulgence in the post office will lead to trouble, Alas that is in the future.
Let us call this period the RACE TO VAPE THE GREAT.

My hubby's Indulgence shipped yesterday. Today it left China. Now let's see what happens when it gets to NYC tomorrow and hits the USPS/Customs mess. That's always where the trouble starts. Last order made it from NYC to PA in 1 day with a total transit time of 4 days. I still haven't gotten over that one yet! I feel for ya peeps that are hanging in limbo!

Day 22:

I think I have it worked out now.
The conveyor belt in China stopped working.
The problem was tracked down to a faulty lever.
My package was just the right size and weight to hold the lever in position.
Everybody else's packages have gotten through because of the actions of my heroic package.

So I want everybody to spare a thought mid-vape for Quentin, the little package that could.

Meanwhile I have fashioned a sweater from my beard hair.

It really does amaze me how inconsistant all this is --

two orders within minute of each other on shop site,
both packed and shipped at same time,
both the tracking numbers showed nicely at issue-----

both go to shipping and get out of the eastmall shipping department on the same truck --

now, -- the fun begins,

one flys thru the customs in china,
one gets picked at random for inspection-

the first one gets on a plane for international the same day - its tracking # is showing all over the place !!!!!


#2 package is grabbed up for random inspection --
this can happen in China, -- or in USA -

So -- the other unlucky one, gets binned for Xray, and inspection, OMG -the paperwork begins,
#2 packager is now on the pass the parcel game,
from xray dept. to inspection and decipher the Xray dept.
depending on what is seen, -- or interpreted in here --
it may be opened for further hands on inspection --
if it passes this test --
then to the room for awaiting the release for international delivery -- OR -- return to eastmall for repack.....
this is by now about 7 days,

package #1 is in USA and has been inspected by USA customs,
the tracking number showed after 3 days and it tracked into NY and then it is delivered the next day -
Yippee #1 is home -----

Poor #2,
it is only just being released from china customs,
if it is released it will at last get on a plane for international delivery, and will at last show tracking, provided that the tracking # has not been obliterated by all that handling ---

if it is returned to eastmall for a repack, then the whole process starts all over again--
OMG -- pooooooooo !!!!!

do you think we are any less frustrated than you get ??

the air in this office becomes so BLUE !!!!!!
and the puter screens are censored !!!!!!

we vape our heads off, and scream with frustration for the poor packages --------

we are in the same place as you much of the time,
if the package is not moving, and not being received and scanned in, it does not show anywhere--


I am being very honest with you here--
we do not lose many at all, --

but there are delays from time to time,

we really do our very best to get them to you as soon as possible, and with as little hassles as possible,
after all, it is in our own best interest to do so, -

you, - our customers, are the most important part of our business,
without you, -- we are nothing -----
