i think what we all need is steve to get on here and just tell us that were shipped or shipped tommorow ...just that little confirmation would give me peace of mind.

Lol, too late. This is my first e-cig. I was trying to give them up a couple days early but since I will be waiting a couple more days I had to succumb.
glad to see this thread. I decided to place my order early Thursday morning (6am) even though they didn't have my first choice. I just received an email it shipped. I sent an email to Steve asking why it didn't ship before the weekend as he indicated. We'll see what the response is. He has been helpful in prior emails, but this is my first order...
Oh, well I understand then. No way could I have just stopped from the beginning without these. Let us know how it goes once you get your shipment in! It's amazing how easy it is (for most people) to quit!

ordered on the 17th status shipped and still no sign of my juice =( running low on njoy carts and dont really feel like shelling out more money for overpriced carts hopefully the juice shows up today.... excited to taste the cash cola and true menthol

I told him about Puresmoker, and all the great reviews you've been given.
He went to pick up a 901 or a Pilot from you, but they were out of stock. In his haste, he decided that he couldn't wait (even after me telling him about the possibility that some models would be out of stock and to stay calm) and ordered a Pee Wee.
I told him that if he didn't like it, or wanted to pick up a Pilot of 901 at a later date, that I'd be happy to take the Pee Wee off his hands. lol
He was incredibly happy with the service, and I wanted to thank you for all your help!

Even though my order didn't ship out on Thursday, a neighbor of mine got her juice yesterday from Steve and she fronted me some Marlboro so I'm happily vaping away something besides menthol now. (which I gave to her because she likes it)
Steve, I know its been a rough few weeks for you and I've .....ed that my order didn't get shipped after I met the deadline stated - but you are truly a stand up guy and I love ordering all of my supplies from you. Still in processing limbo. If my stuff doesn't ship today, Im seriously going to **** a brick.

Im hoping my order ships out today also! I ordered a pilot with some extras yesterday (first e-cig) but all i care about is that hopefully i get it by the weekend so that i can have saturday/sunday to myself and figure out how to use this thing-im ready to quit smoking my Marlboro 27s =D

Order numbers from 9651 to 9823 if they have been paid for have already been shipped as of yesterday.
Order numbers from 9824 to 10105 should be going out today if they have been paid for!

My order number was in that set and fully paid via paypal, no shipping notification and no package today (in SoCal, shipping from PS should be 1 day). I'm assuming it will probably ship today, hopefully.
Yeah, Im toward the front of this list and I still am looking at a "processing" status.
I'm new to this and I want my ecig!
My biggest fear is that Puresmoker is not going to get any more inventory in by the time my one atomizer burns out.
when are they going to get more atomizers in? I can get juice elsewhere but I CAN'T find a suitable atomizer on the web that matches the Pee Wee.
This is a bummer. I placed my order on Sunday with the hope that I would get my gear before Thursday when I go out of town. Oh well, good things come to those who wait, I guess.
Most likely the end of business day has passed. Just checked and still in processing. Hopefully they just didn't update their information. Either way, This brick is getting bigger.
