Nope. Absolutely nothing.

I had been waiting for what I wanted to be in stock at Puresmokers for about two weeks or so and it never showed up for Steve to list as stock. The order I placed on Thursday morning was an emergency order because I knew I wouldn't be able to wait for what I needed any longer - so I just ordered some Riskee to see me through til the new inventory made it up on the site.

I have about 0.5 ml of sludge juice..and a 10 ml bottle of menthol.

I just checked my paypal confirmation and it says my order was placed at 8:02 am PST.

My account at Puresmoker says the order is "processing".

I think I'm screwed and better start convincing myself that I really really like menthol because I have a feeling thats all I'll be vaping for the next week.

Me too. I placed my order at 10:00am PST on the 19th, and my account says "processing".

Both of my orders were placed at 4am and 7am PST Thurs b4 cutoff.
It appears that I am in limbo in "order processing" purgatory as well...

And of course my last atomizer had to go and die this morning 8-o

It's a fate worse than hell.

I also had an order (albeit, a small one and my 2nd of that week) place on Thursday early early a.m. Central time, so before the deadline, and it did not ship last week.

Haveing said that, I have had many dealing with Puresmoke.com, and Steve has always been fast, sure and fair, so I feel that my order will ship, probably today-tomorrow, and this whole thing may be in triage mode. I all orders could not go out that day, then ship the "new kit" orders, and get e-cigs to those who do not have them yet.

I am more than willing to cut them some slack, as thier average shipping time, even with these few delays, far exceeds that of some other suppliers.

I deal mostly with Steve at Puresmoker.com, Jane at ecigsales.com, and Jeff at jantyusa.com.

I have found all three to be fair, honest and more than helpful. Of course, each have been swamped with orders, backlog and issues mostly out of thier control. So I will continue to give the benefit of the doubt, and nope that things get back to a "normal" state for them as growing pains in business can be quite trying, to say the least.

good luck to all vapers out there in finding the suppliers that fit your needs and offer the products that suit your style.

and by all the praise that I've seen here in my short time on the forums I would bet it's one of the better e-cig supply's company around...That really doesn't help me much though being the fact that I gave up a 3 pack a day habit last Wednesday in anticipation of a quick ship on some e-cig products.Then I read Steves post on Thursday that products ordered after noon thursday wouldn't ship until monday(today)
Well I made it through the weekend JONESIN' HARD. I got home today at 1:00 pm (Pacific) and check my order status Still processing!!! I went out and picked up a carton of Reds... I'm in heaven! and no mass email explaining the delay from these guys?
Nah ,he's busy posting about e-smoking in the bathroom of an airplane!

When did you order? I did so in the Afternoon on Thursday and I am still in limbo.

I have a ton of people wanting to see this. First I quoted Saturday and then saw the post. Told them, Ahh, no big deal, should be Tuesday. Mine still isn't processed so now Wednesday? Damn...
