I would send your Nic to your new place and not travel with it. Airlines do not like liquids VG you can get anywhere. You need a replaceale batt mod and a rebuildable tank, which ever tank you decide on watch videos on how to recoil. You can buy coils already coiled cheaply if you need a backup plan. Provari 2.5's are cheap right now in the specials section. I got Kayfun's to rebuild and plenty of back ups and parts for them. You could stock up on some clearos now too, they are dirt cheap to take away any anxiety during the transition. Check hoosierecigs.com for clear sales. Best of luck!

My GB order of PIico's showed up so time to upgrade firmware and give em a test for a day or two.

White one should be here tomorrow from FT then the only gear (besides nic/flavors/vg/pg) left I think is the efun order that hasn't shipped.

Edit: also got 4 silicone sleeves for the ones in rotation from ebay today and some nic from RTS. Freezer delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow.

Anyone else paying attention to all the pre-order stuff being offered for sale ? Yes, I expected it, but its still amazing to see how many mods and tanks and RDA's are being put up for sale on pre-order just to be sure they are "on the market" prior to 8/8/16 even though they won't actually be shipped to the buyers until after 8/8/16.

One site I looked at had 72 items in their pre-order category and many I'm seen other places weren't even listed in that site. Be interesting to see how many more show up in these last days before the deeming date.

If there are issues with any of these, will the manufacturers/sellers be allowed to fix them? What if fixing meant changing something about the way they work? If there is some flaw in the design, there won't be a corrected v2, I wouldn't think.

That is the problem I see, no changes allowed even if something is not working right.

There's one or two mods that interest me, but I don't do pre-orders. Haven't in all these years and certainly aren't starting now I figure if they turn out to be good mods I've still got time to get one if I really want it in the next few months. No great loss if I never end up getting them.

I've done pre orders before and gotten some great items that way. But at this point in time I'd need to be horse whipped if I went out and got anything else new. I'm done. Done I tell ya. Besides sending the last of my older REOs back for a spa treatment that is.

Just got 4 of my REOs back from the spa. Wanted to get the newer SS 510 connection, so I figured I may as well have them completely rebuilt while they were there. I stripped them all the way down except the delrin piece covering the firing pin and the door magnets. I should be good for years and years to come. I also ordered a buttload of enough parts and 4 extra RM2's to repair them a few times. So to summerize...6 REOs, 10 RM2's, and extra parts, I should be good for a long, long time.

I'm pretty sure the major importers are on top of it more than we are. I don't know if they are in touch with the FDA or not, but i suspect they won't order a major shipment of goods if they aren't relatively sure that a- they will be on U.S. soil by that date or b- they are reasonably certain that they would be considered " on the market " by some other mechanism. I'm not talking about a small e-bay seller buying 100 mods from Alibaba or something, i'm sure a lot of black/grey market stuff will be available ( and many will get seized ), i'm talking about the major importers ( the ones the FDA have already identified ).
