Excellent suggestions, cats5365 and bnrkwest. World of vape was about the cheapest I'd found. And, though ProVape isn't bashful about their price ($31.99!), a bunch of them would have driven me over the top, points-wise.

But: BINGO!

Hopefully, these will fit and not leak:

(2) Atlantis + Nautilus Replacement Seal Gasket Anti Leak ORing Aspire TWO Pack

At nine bucks for two of them, if they work they'll put my last vapemageddon fears to rest. (I have enough of everything else to last more than the rest of my life.)

All I really want are those proprietary replacement grommets. All the other pieces of nautilus Aspires are stainless steel and look like they should last about forever. I've always been leery about those grommets, though.
I've been using the same two mini's for almost a year now and the seal gasket is in perfect shape. Hasn't even changed color. These tanks are very well made IMO.

I totally agree, Bonskibon: they seem to be bulletproof (except for the glass, but I have a bunch of steel replacements).

But, over time, vinyl can go wonky. And I'm a belt-and-suspenders type of guy. For instance, I have 13 liters of rocket juice in the freezer, enough to last me until I'm in my 140's. ;)

There is a method to my madness . . .

I've looked at those videos too. And I've successfully recoiled Vision Vivi Nova heads. Rebuilding Nautilus Aspire heads looks fractionally easier. Still, not easy. But I think I'll be able to do it, based on my experience with Vivi Novas.

YMMV, of course.

I would advise moving from Nautilus to Kayfun Mini V3. Similar draw but rebuildable so much more FDA resistant.

I have too large an investment in Aspire Nautilus tanks to switch to Kayfun Mini V3s, satchvai. And I'm happy with Aspire Nautiluses.

But thanks for the suggestion.

There are deals to be found. I have two of these and I'm surprised that they are still in stock at this price from Kidney Puncher. Squape (R)eloaded EHPro clone for $2.
EHPro Squape R[eloaded] Clone No Logo

I think I just bought the last one. I tried to get 3, then 2, and it finally let me put one in my cart.

And that metal sleeve is so nice :) I doubt I'll get any but they are cool looking!
If you want the metal Nautilus, World of Vape, might be your best bet. I ended up getting the parts from them yesterday because I kept striking out on the other orders I tried to place. I got the freebie tank with my Radius, and then needed to get some spares to make sure I could keep using the darn thing. They charge a flat rate for shipping, but they got my order out the same day.

The shiny's are really getting to me. I had to get a book, so I could read about the 10 O'Clock people. I had to get a Dragon 2.5, perfect version, after someone posted about the blems, and I got sniped on it. At least the perfect one was still in stock, but now I kind of want a mini-dragon too.

There are great deals all over the place. Just gotta really spend the time to search them out.

The best way I've found to find those deals is by Googling for specific devices. It's amazing what can come up that way. Lots of them will show the current price or if it's out of stock in the Google return text. That saves time.

Another tactic is to go to sites and click on "clearance". I've found things that way that I wouldn't have seen otherwise.

I was able to get two of them when he posted the deal. Couldn't believe the price.

The two I got were in the EHPro box with the plastic wrap sleeve on the Squape and with all the parts and accessories, including silica wick, spare o-rings and deck screws, and nichrome wire. They weren't picked over or robbed of parts. Yes, it's a deal for that price.

I hope to get all the spare parts with it, but if not for 2.00 I'm not going to make a fuss. I do know it comes with the standard deck only.

I had tried to get 3 the other day, had to settle for 2. Apparently they restocked after that.

So, maybe keep checking in case they restock again

The only problem I had with those tanks was that you have to be careful when you adjust the air flow ring. Don't go too far or the spring loaded ball will lock into one of the air flow holes. It's not a show stopper, but it locks down the adjustment ring and you have to use a small screwdriver to push it in while you turn the ring back to the air hole you want. It's pretty much a one time adjustment to get your favorite air flow setting, so it's not an issue. Just don't turn it farther than it takes to move from the smallest to the largest. It will lock if you try to do a 360 turn.

That might be why they are on sale cheap! Buyers may have returned them when they couldn't figure out how to move the ring once it locked a hole into the click stop ball.
