I have more of the 1.8Ω than I will ever use but it feels good knowing that I should NEVER run out. I wanted to get the higher Ω pre built and pre wicked to build my double coil pro-tank heads. Using the 2.4 will come out to 1.2Ω so should be close to perfect for me. I could probably learn to wind my own but why do it when these work so well for me and a lifetime supply is so reasonably priced.
Same here.I placed the order a bit over a week ago,but it just shipped yesterday,so doubt it will be here by then,but don't expect any issues.It's just a bunch of spare glass,so i'll see it when i see it haha.
Woohoo!! My package from the UK will be here tomorrow. My REOS are making the journey back from the Spa starting tomorrow. My replacement coils I ordered to replace the replacement coils I ordered from China(there's a joke in there somewhere I'm sure) should ship tomorrow.
And I finished my contemplation. Last week I ordered the Lucky Shot that several around here rave about to try it out. I got it the end of last week and made a test batch of Key Lime Pie to test out and I've vaped it long enough now to know I really like it. So, since the only 2 I know of for sale right now(that mysterious item I posted about before) were 2 16 ounce bottles of Lucky Shot I purchased 1 of them. But I left you guys 1.

I have one more order to order (US) but hubby is ordering that one. My Geek Vape 521 was faulty (and Geek Vape's customer service is HORRIBLE

Today I decided I was spending way too much time thinking about the 3 things on the "Just because I Want it list" and decided I wasn't going to be able to move on until I'd taken care of that list too. So I found them stateside at good prices and ordered them.
No more new vaping supply list of any kind anymore.
I'm now ready to go back to my previous status of vaping with what's in my stash.

Just checked my shopping wish list and all that's left is a spare battery charger and a slightly up-market ohm meter.
Battery chargers aren't going to disappear, but I don't want to have to wait a week if my charger dies. Ohm meters are probably in danger since we are the only people who would have a use for a 510 ohm meter. You can test a coil with a multi-meter but that's not as convenient as an ohm meter. There are some nice ones out there, up the scale a bit from the basic cheapo models like I have now.
Good point about 510 ohm meter, I didn't think of that. I have two.
Honestly using a multimeter isn't a big deal. I only recoil about once per month. I have a cheap 510 ohm tester, but the connection is iffy already after just a month or so. The multimeter is much more durable.
For as long as you do not use Ni or you are not an extreme subohmer, you do not really need an ohm meter. Now mods, especially those with TC, have pretty good built-in meters.
I am rebuilding for 2 years, I never had an ohm meter.
If you order something on 8-9 it's going to be delivered without interference. What about a week after that or another week after that? I had my bare minimum 10 year stock of nic a year ago but I'm not expecting the door to slam shut in a week. The only products that are specialized for vaping are nic, mods, and atomizers. A minimum 10 year supply of those for me only costs about $300. I'll double up for redundancy, still only $600. Other things are needed but they are generic. I'm looking forward to 8-8. May be after that we can focus on political action to make the stockpiles unnecessary after all.

Well we are down to 1 week and counting. What do you think will happen on 8-8? Frankly I am not sure if it will be big or small effects. I sure feel for vendors tho.
Nothing earthshaking SHOULD happen on 8/8/16.
The only exception(s) are #1-is if the FDA decides to become a PITA about importing. They can't outright ban it until the PACT Act is revised, but they certainly can cause chaos and frustration and severely slow down the system by using their powers under the Tobacco Act to insure what enters the country is in compliance with all US regulations AND doesn't present a "serious adverse health effect". And even if they do become a PITA it will still take a few days before we actually know it.
#2- USPS can't stop shipping our vaping toys unless the PACT Act is revised but that doesn't mean there won't be postal workers out in the wild that won't take it upon themselves to say they can no longer process those shipments. Could be a few isolated problems on 8/8/16 and the days that follow, but shouldn't be a major problem.
#3- There are a few states that by definition of tobacco product in their cigarette laws could now enforce the same rules on our ecigs as they already have on cigarettes come 8/8/16. If they've not already made that announcement, none of which I've read so far, I dont see that suddenly on that date it pops out of no where. BUT that doesn't mean that within the following month it won't rear its ugly head to the residents of those state.
IMHO 8/8/16 will pass very quietly. Maybe a few inspections of vape shops that first week just to make a statement that it can happen and use of fear of it happening. But most likely they would be issued a warning letter with time to comply so no huge effect on that given day.
IMHO the effects of the deeming will be far greater when we look back after a few months have passed and see how little by little its effected our industry.
Came back to edit: there will be an effect on vapors that only get their supplies in vape stores when they expect to be able to sample juice and they no longer can. OR they can't special order their juice exactly to their specifications any longer. Those are the people that will immediately see the effects IF their vendor is doing what they should be doing or in these cases isnt doing what they cant do any more.

I think vape shops will be required to have their tobacco retail license and those that don't a warming or shut down until in compliance, but time will tell. And those that didn't submit their inventory lists to FDA by 8-8 also a warning or perhaps shut down. Mailing, could be caught in the restrictions import of tobacco products from overseas. We shall see. There is so much going on and required of the vendors that is where the unknowns are. How hard will they get hit.
