That's a Red(neck) Squirrel... They are known for being the hit-men in the Sciuridae Mafia.

This is 'Buttons', the one I turned in for mail fraud and evidence tampering.

To put them on ECF click on the Picture icon and..

Click on From URL and un-tick the box - Retrieve remote file and reference locally...
