I'm curious how you got those washers to stay in there?
They can pop out when I pull the battery out... but once everything is screw back together, they stay as a result of the battery sitting on top of the delrin.
Make sense?

HA! that is too funny.
Let us know how the cap hacking goes!
No its not, its a great idea, I also need a replacement delrin piece, off cap hunting![]()

I'm trying to find a cap like that myself so I can have a go at it. No luck so far but I've got a couple of places yet to check. Unfortunately, I actually preferred the bottles without that lip prior to your discovery!![]()

Tip: The smoketech telescope button fits and works perfectly on the 19. May be useful for those who've mangled their buttons beyond repair. Also props to the OP for enlarging the spring. Got rid of my misfire entirely..
Out of stock now but Stainless Telescope Replacement Switch

. i just remove the magnets top and bottom pins. on the top cap i sanded the derlin plastic so it will make contact to the battery. in the bottom cap i made a hole on the brass screw and put a copper (you can find hard copper wire on ypur local home depot) for the spring in the bottom cap i just torch it a little bit so it will lessen the tension.
