That's exactly what my 100W+ shows when I follow your instructions. Thank you for the information. By the way, my 100W+ is about 3 weeks old, so I can not tell you what the earlier versions will read.

Yup, asked someone to try that on a Facebook group and it displays YiHi SX130 just like my ipv Mini. So tempted to get one now myself since 101Vape has them cheap and a Mini Subtank to go with it. I may have a vape mail addiction, lol.

Sig 30 with a subtank mini is the bomb!

Got my Sig Mini today wooohooo!! And yep, its a Yihi SX130 v1.5 when you do the fire button/battery trick. Man this thing is SMALL, its even shorter than my Vamo in 18350 mode!!!

No, Sigelei didn't design the chip, YiHIcigar did and makes them. Sigelei, apparently, disabled the "Mobile" function and called it their own. It's comparable with the DNA 30, in fact, by using PWM mode, it can simulate step down which the DNA 20 or 30 doesn't.

Just lets you hook a phone up to the 510 and charge it by sucking down the mods battery. Im glad Sig disabled it, Ive never used that feature once in my MVP. That energy is for my vaping, my phone needs to get its own power elsewhere..

Maybe you could help me out of my confusion. I just got a Sigelei 50 VR2 on 04-03-15 and was reading this thread and thought I'd also do the battery thing. I got YH SX330v1.4 on mine. Same board ? I thought that the 50w came out b4 the 100's did, but the 100W boards are reading YH SX330v1.2 ? Do I have in essence a de-tuned 100 watter ? Just curious, and intrigued.
