Got my Sigeli Mini a few days ago, nice little device especially for the price, but one serious issue for me..........the one I got does not get a long with my kayfun lite clone's threading.

And this is kind of strange, as my kayfun has no problem threading into all my other devices, Sigeli Zmax, Evic, Egos, and my other tops(not many), Protank 2, 510 to Ego adapter and 510 to 510 extender thread no problem into the Sigeli Mini.

It was a little resistant first going in, a little wobbly even threaded half way, and once I thought it finally caught right and was going in smooth, tightened it down and it was crooked. And of course it scratched the plating on the top of the Sigeli Mini, so can't return it since its damaged. Protank 2 goes in smooth and sits flush, as well as the adapters I have.

So the only way I'm able to really use it right now is with the 510 to 510 extender and screw the kayfun into that, but that isn't very appealing.

Might end up getting a new top to go with it, was looking at the Lemo Drop, as I like the Sigeli Mini, but really sucks its not gonna work with my Kayfun :(

I also had problems with threading and buttons from Sigelei in the past. so I'm a little dubious about buying one. As much as I love the iStick, replaceable batteries when out in the street would be a great plus.

BTW, how easy is to swap batteries? I also heard this can't be vaped while charging.

I have two mini 30's and one of mine has this same issue, I sent mine in for warranty repair/replacement with asmodus

The threading on mine is fine with a Kayfun 4 and the buttons are all good as well. I haven't any issues with as well

Battery changing is super fast with the magnets on the cover; it only takes a few seconds to swap out and the silicon cover makes sure the door doesn't fall off if knocked or bumped really hard

it does say not too vape while charging but with replacable batteries it doesn't bother me a bit since i have several

You can. I switch between my purple efest and AW 2200 20 amp. Of course all AW's are button. Fit is very snug tho.

looks like i have 510 thread problem on my sigelei mini , i just can not screw my subtank mini or aerotank on it, they dont get tight when i a screw on it. right now i am using a paper wedge on it to get tanks tight on thread... is there a way to fix the thread????

it's not really an airflow adapter it acts as a new 510 base to screw your atty's into and saves your original threads

Airflow Adapter

I used those and still have a couple on different mods. Only to save on thread wear. Someone posted a while back about 510 heat sinks from Fastech. I got 2 of them and liked them so much, I ordered 2 more. They also have adjustable screws, one inside the top and one on the bottom. I also believe that they do help with the heat dissipation. Here's a picture of one on my istick 50.

Picked up my Sig Mini today. Tried to screw a Kayfun on it and it wouldn't go on. I remembered reading that the 510 was pretty stiff so decided to force it on. It got really stuck. Finally got that off and tried another. It stuck as well. Used one of my wife's iClear 30s and it want on with a little force. I removed it and put it back on a couple of times until it was easy to get on and off. Tried the Kayfun again but it got stuck again. Went thru 4 Kayfuns until I finally got one that would fit. I was very deliberate with all of this as I have read the posts on stripping the threads. Seems to be working fine now but, since I use Kayfuns exclusively, this is going to be a failure in my eyes. The one that I did get on seems to be working fine and threads on and off easily now but it is one of my older Kayfuns that I was not using much anymore. I guess it has a dedicated mod now!!!

Get one of the 510 heat sinks from Fasttech. Adjustable 510 pin on bottom and inside top. I use them now on all my mods to protect the threads. $4.00 and change for the better rated ones. Here's a picture of one on my istick 50.

Well Ive had no issues with my threads in the 2 months Ive had it until this morning on the way home from work. I had my blue Tobeco Kayfun 4 on it all night and the thing was perfectly fine, no trouble at all. Got off work at 8:30 this morning, got in the car to leave and it was vaping away just fine going down the street. Stopped for gas and once i was done and driving out of the gas station, I picked up the Sig to hit it, and my Kayfun literally popped off the connector. I sat there in the parking lot for like 10 minutes trying to screw it back down and it would not go to save its life. In fact I can push the atty all the way down flush with the top now. Get home, tried one of my silver Tobecos, same deal, wont catch the threads. However, I pulled out my Tobeco Derringer and it screwed down just fine (Im using it as I type). Since the Derringer works, Im not quite sure what to do. I have until May 6th to pull a warranty repair/replacement so I figured Id see if I could get some advice from you guys. The only thing I can think of is 1) either the 510 has worn down my Kayfuns to the point where they wont thread, or 2) my Derringer was machined with a bigger 510 connector than it should have and its been 'tapping' the 510 on the Sig. Still doesnt quite make sense as the thing worked fine all night (aside from my breaks, Im always running to the bathroom to sneak some vapes in hehe). They DO still thread onto my Vamo V7 so Im really kinda stuck as to what to do. I can see it, the threads arent stripped, but its seriously like the Derringer tapped out the 510 and made it bigger. I can feel a little play when I push the Kayfun down into the connector, not a lot but there is some 'wiggle' there.

If I do have to warranty it, I hope Asmodus doesnt tell me to try 101 Vape first, theyve been out of stock for quite awhile heh. This sucks cause I dont want to carry the Derringer at work, and I REALLY dont want to go back to using my Kayfun 4 with that Vamo in 18650 mode. Im the liquor clerk at a grocery store, and that thing is just going to get crushed in my pocket from moving pallets and totes around all night.

The Sig 30W is my peferred mod to-go. I got three of them. The only problem, as evidenced in other posts, is its zinc-alloy threads. I have bought off eBay some spare Innokin 510/eGo adapter, the one which come as standard with the MVP3. It is made of high quality SS steel, and I affixed one in the Sig30, on permanent basis, and I also added a beauty cone to suit the Nautilus mini. In this way I have a very reliable, non time-limited setup. I warmly suggest to all Sig30 users to go this route, otherwise -sooner or later- your mod will became unusable.
