The V1 drip tip has a narrow bore, which condenses the vapor and strengthens the flavor. I use it even with my Taifun GT, which comes with a wider bore DT. The wider bore produces more vapor though

The P3 was released today. Just got notification from Cloud 9 (UK). Want to get this from US vendor if possible, so if anyone knows of one, please let me know!

I've got a local shop that has them if you'd want me to try and get ahold of one for you. I got my dna40 flask from them Monday , and was told by the owner that they have the p3 in stock as of I think Wednesday .

I sent ya their website. You may want to try a phone order with them since a lot of their stuff does not seem to be on the website. If they do allow phone orders don't be concerned about whether or not they are reputable. Dixies is pretty well known in the Metro-Atlanta area. His shop was the first to get the flask when it came out and I THINK he had something to do with getting the ball rolling with the creator of the flask.

As for Tamer's question. At first, I really couldn't tell a difference with nickel builds and kanthal. I almost always use Kayfuns and I usually hang around 1.2 to 1.4 ohm on a micro coil. I never went over 15 watts, but usually was on 12ish with a DNA 30. With that said, I wouldn't have thought I was reaching temp levels that the 40 protects against. However, after some tweaking I can really tell a difference in flavor with certain juices. I could have kept a dna30 and would have been just fine, but I was lucky enough to snag up the flask, and I don't regret it one bit. P3 is next!

But the new Provari does look sweet. And if Pee Busardo likes it, it might be cool. I bought my first KFL+ on his recommendation. I try not to prejudice myself against people with funny first names. He must have been one ugly baby for his parents to name him Pee, but that is not his fault. Maybe it was just jaundice.

It's sexy for sure, but I can't justify buying another Smeovar (for a much higher price) that works the same as the one I already have. If I get another tube mod it'll either be the P3 or Eye.

I have not been online in a while... but I figured I'd chime in on a couple of things.....

Provari P3: Saw one at DFW vapor yesterday $269. Black, chrome, silver and he even had a beta model with the diamond shapes on the tube. Solidly made, about .5mm to thick for the 22mm kayfun to fit fush on the edges (annoying), and about .5 too thin for the 23mm Taifun GT (also annoying). seemed very tall (long) in 18650 mode... the bottom cap and spring felt huge, the spring is massive IMO. The screen is teeny tiny, maybe smaller than the Semovar screen in dimension. Display was OK though a little hard for my tired eyes to read I caught my self squinting to read the microscopic text and symbols in its menu which is soooooo complicated and slow. Took me about 3 full minutes to switch it from volts to watts and adjust to 20w. I am sure it gets easier with practice.... the scrolling was set to slowest so it was like 3-4+ seconds on each selection before moving to the next one (argh!). Again I know its selectable speed, but my overall opinion is the P3 is NOT FOR ME. YMMV.
@Bill: I think I remember reading Provape was not going to allow online sales of the P3 for the first little while to allow B&M to get all the first sales, but maybe they (provape) meant their online sales, not other vendors online sales? BUT I'm sure somebody local to you has them, if not check DFW vapor (among many other vape shops around the country) who probably will ship it to you.

Svoemesto: I would like the mech switch, though I will sleep just fine without it. Its kind of stupid they never released it, safety?? really? fuse it - done! all your safety concerns are covered.
Kayfun 4, we want it - bring it out already............ I heard they were waiting for this anti-cloning league so they could protect from being cloned.... well, I don't care what they think they can prevent, but it will be cloned (as everything before it has)... they (SM) have such a loyal following, the first run of authentic's will sell out sooooo fast, I know I want one! BAD! and I have never even seen it! LOL!

Five pawns KF: I hate all you guys! I am really trying to wait for the KF4 instead adding to my collection of tanks, kayfuns, taifuns, and alike. I still only vape them 1 at a time, but catch myself traveling with a man purse full of vape gear! I may have a problem.

Hmmmmmmmmm. I'd say so. Maybe it's the conductivity of a new mod or maybe it's just all in my head but it does seem to hit a little better. I had a vaporshark dna 30 and bought a Zna and the difference in p3 kinda reminds of the difference I felt in those dnas.

The battery life blows away the semo which is a huge plus for me. With my semo, if I wanted to use wattage I had to use a 650 battery to get any usable amount of battery life.

Huh. Battery life is about the only qualm I have with the semo. I'm back to running 350s, and have to change 'em out every few hours. Sticker mode with a 650 is not much better. I've got some NO-OX-ID coming from Illumn.com, so maybe I can get some relief. Tried conductive carbon grease, but I could not tell a difference, really made a mess, and that grease has warnings that read like a pack of smokes.

If you are serious about "blowing away" regarding battery life, you got my attention. Don't care about fancy pants menus, fancy pants screens, boost mode, blah. But, if I could step out of the house without having a panic attack over battery charge, I would be a happier guy.

Better conductivity is why I still can't get my Provari out of my hands, even with my Semo and Eye. It's now settled for me. I'm getting two of them!

But, I will wait for online sales, and not from UK either. If Provape is not in a hurry, neither am I. I don't visit local vape shops any more. Like reading the Fasttech catalog at four times the price. Online only for me! Thanks for the additional information. Why not give us a proper review? Don't be skimpy!
