It's all good. smok sucks. We all know this. I'm not out a fortune here or nothing. Just like the convenience of stealthy vaping at work. Which btw, I got busted for. Twice lol. Still have my job but now I don't trust anybody cause someone ratted me out to the supervisor. Damn them. Anyway.

Try getting after sales/warranty service from them if you bought from a retailer that buys from distributors and not directly from smok. They will tell you that it is a fake even though the security code checks out. In Smok's defense, they all do that, but it's dishonest all the same.

Nope I never buy direct from them ... All from retailer n not sure which country distributor, btw new packaging come with their security code n sticker.
