In one of the few reviews i found on youtube, which showed the interiors of the M50, i noticed that the positive pin which comes in contact with the positive pole of the battery might be adjustable, it had a flathead screw thing and knurling along the sides if i wasn't imagining things. If this is true, it might mean that you can adjust it (unscrew it) so that you can increase the spring loaded pin traveling distance and have all your toppers sit flush if they don't. I'm not really sure if that's even possible and i'm waiting on my M50 to arrive so if one of the owners can confirm this, that would be great.

I opened it up and found out you can turn the screw if you open it and hold the base, otherwise you risk twisting the screw with base+cable and breaking it off the board. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...mok-xpro-m50-mini-box-mod-7.html#post14958380

I couldn't screw it down enough though, not sure if it hit the cable/solder or if that's as closed as it can get. It would be easier to figure it out if I could get the board out but the fire button is holding it inplace, I tried taking out the fire button but made some little scratches around the edges of the button and didn't pop it out either. :(

Please be careful when dealing with it not to hit the solder or wire and brick your unit. What i actually meant was unscrewing the brass part that goes into the white plastic part of the base and comes in contact with the battery on the inside (if that's even doable), not the spring loaded pin in the 510 connection well on the outside, and again i might be wrong as i don't have the unit in my hands to try it. This part is maybe what's keeping the spring loaded 510 connection from traveling deeper down. Maybe it will all be more clear if we took apart the top plate by unscrewing the four hex screws on the top, but i'm sure wires and solder are envolved so that should be done very carefully. Maybe we need to hold one end steady with a screwdriver as we screw/unscrew the other end, and maybe that's just it and the spring loaded 510 pin won't travel any further. All just speculations until i get my hands on the unit.

Hope it will be user upgradeable for us with the m50 in hand, dont care about the watt upgrade but passtrough is a nice feature.

BTW, the "guy" over at TasteYourJuice.com has a poll on wich devices he will review the m50 is included.... erhm please vote :)

It lost to the Cloupor Mini. But there is a new vote up for the remaining three.

Ordered the updated M50 from HealthCabin via DHL to Finland yesterday:

"Due to the nature of the goods, specific authorization is required from a regulatory authority other than Customs for further clearance
Further processing will occur as instructed by the regulatory authority. A DHL representative shall attempt to contact the importer or shipper if further details are required"

Is this normal? I hope I will get the device next week as promised.

Dont kow about Finland, but I live in South Korea, I ordered a istick30watt and when it arrived in Korea, I got a call from DHL, I had to email them a picture of my passport and the screenshot of the purchase page from the website I bought it from, after that, it cleared customs and I got it the day after.

Any word yet on updating the m50? I've had mine for a week now, running a Lemo @ 1.3ohms @ 23w-35w and love it so far. My fire botton fell out so I just popped the replacement in. The rubber seems to give better feedback and is a better fit. It charges lightning fast when plugged in (vtc4). All in all I'm satisfied.

If you already have the M50, i think you'll need to send it somewhere to upgrade it to 65 watts, and passthrough. I've read somewhere that smok promised to upgrade to M65 if you actually send them the M50, i think they need to change the chip altogether afaik, and i might be wrong.
