Right behind you...
I saw that... voted for the m50. Why the hell is the Cloupor Mini winning!?!?

A lot more buzz on the Cloupor, and it has a couple standout features over the smok. Magnetic battery door and pass-through out of the box are why I went with the Cloupor, or rather, lack of those is why I crossed the M50 off my list.

Sub-ohm eats battery, and I tend to chain vape, spending a lot of time on the wire at home and in the car, and doing at least a couple battery swaps a day when away from a USB source. So it doesn't matter how fast it charges, if it's out of commission while charging, or if I need to carry around an Allen key to swap batteries on the go, it's not something I'd want to own.

Looks like they solved the pass through problem (maybe), but there's no easy fix for the battery door.

Shame, because it's a damn nice looking mod. But I can and do get by just fine on 30w.

It's not. It only has 6 votes. The one in the lead has like 200 votes.

On a different note, maybe PB would have more time to review mods if he didn't spend 45 minutes on each review. Does anyone actually listen to his entire review? I know I don't.

Naw, it's not the long videos that slow him down, it's all the instrumented testing he does of mods, and then charting the testing.

I watch every single one all the way through. To each their own.

If it is something I have an interest in I watch the whole thing too. His videos are very watchable. Unlike others.

And I voted for the M50 for the next review. But I don't think it stands a chance against the Cloupor Mini. Oh well maybe Twisted or Todd will do one.

Smok M50 with a Lemo drop next to the cloupor mini with standard Lemo. They're about the same height with this combo, but dang, this mini is damn mini! I'm lovin both of these things. I replaced the button on the M50 since the original was kind of loosy goosy, and it was super easy to take out and put the rubber one in.

I just pushed on one side of the button that kind of revealed the white plastic part underneath it. it has spaces in between the plastic part, so I just took my tiny flathead and pried it off with ease.

Magnetic battery door? I thought the Cloupor Mini has a built in battery like the MVP?

Nope, not sealed. Its a great little mod, expect they'll come out with a higher wattage version soon too.

If they can do a 50-100 watt mod in that size (or close to it)... i'd pick one up in a heart beat. Flush SS threaded, self adjusting 510... magnetic battery door... usb passthrough.... RMS... yes please.

Got sick of waiting for FT to restock my cloupor mini 30w ordered on the 22nd so I ordered a silver m50 from vapenw.com today. Should be a perfect match for my Origen v2.

I eliminated the Cloupor Mini from "my list" because of it's 1 second delay when firing from Sleep (which it automatically goes into after 2 minutes).

Does the XPro M50 fire "first time---every time"???

Yes, the M50 will fire right away from sleep mode. I couldn't put up with an entire 1 second delay. Maybe .5 seconds.

In one of the few reviews i found on youtube, which showed the interiors of the M50, i noticed that the positive pin which comes in contact with the positive pole of the battery might be adjustable, it had a flathead screw thing and knurling along the sides if i wasn't imagining things. If this is true, it might mean that you can adjust it (unscrew it) so that you can increase the spring loaded pin traveling distance and have all your toppers sit flush if they don't. I'm not really sure if that's even possible and i'm waiting on my M50 to arrive so if one of the owners can confirm this, that would be great.

I can't believe a 1 second delay from sleep mode bothers so many people. I could see it being a pain if it was delayed when you fire it every time, but good lord people, have some patience!

IMO that is nothing more than nitpickiness. If you can't find something wrong dig a little deeper until you do.

I got mine 3 days ago from vapeb2b. Shipping was really fast with ePacket. So far, I really like it: really mini (I was expecting it to be much bigger), feels good in my hand, easy to navigate from a menu perspective, build is good too, it does not feel cheap (of course it is not as sturdy as the SX Mini but it so much lighter). I am impressed with how fast I can charge the battery, it is just amazing. As a reference, my SX Mini is much slower when it comes to that. It pretty much negates the fact that you can't vape while charging the battery.

Bottom line: very happy with my purchase, definitely a keeper and my on the go device. At $48, it is a very good deal for a 50w device.
