Could have been the one dud in the box, most of us have not had burning issues. You really have to wet these to the max on first fill, then blowout to clear the center tube of juice. Try another and let us know what happens. Reports at 6V are these are awesome, they can handle a lot of voltage.

You know, I read about the duds too. I did fill mine with, I think, 70 "drops" at first, shook it etc.etc. Kept it near flooded. When I pulled the filler out to inspect, I was surprised with the seemingly lack of filler material compared to the 808 cartos I started with. I'll try another, it's just that they take so much juice. I'm gonna fill one now and see.

The clears are a little more likely to burn when hot boxing. My son burnt one that way. The steel ones (even the 1.25) seem to be much better.

I just told him to wait a few seconds for it to cool, and no further problems.

The second one I just tried hits pretty freakin hard at 5v. Chokin hard with good flavor. Not nearly as much on a 3.7. Seems more heat compared to a LR510 1.5, but the LR510 tastes better. These things will really crakle and spit hot juice through a drip tip right down the windpipe if your not careful. I'm gonna see if my varicool will fire this one off. It wouldn't work with the first one i tried.

$8 for Boge and $6.30 shipping? I hope they are local.
The best prices currently I have found are $8.99 (5 pack clear) at VaporGod with free 5ml juice, and $9 (5 pack steel) at JooglerJuice with 5ml juice. (Joogler is currently out of stock.) VaporGod also has LR Boge cartos for $6.99 with a free 5ml of juice.

And yes, they work great on a eGo 650mAh battery. I have been using on them for a few months with no problem.

For whatever reason, the ego cones will fit over the Stainless and leave some air flow space. The black ones are a tight fit and the clears will not take the cone unless you mod it or order the fatter cones. It's the wrapper on the black ones. I'm having a hard time finding the stainless these days in the XL size. Everyone seems to be out of stock.

They sell these in standard size and extra large, or long for a better description. I got my Stainless at Avid and he carries two sizes of these DCs. Now there is a colossal size and the new ego mega size which fits the ego batt and holds upwards of 4.5 ml of juice, from Madvapes and also Avid. All are dual coil.

Sure are a lot of different sizes coming out so quick !! I went ahead and ordered one of the 3ml and 5ml Dual Coil Liquinator tank setups so I can use the steel ones. Will post some updates when I test them out.

How do those work? The carto is in the middle of the polytank which feeds more juice into the cartos as you vape? Wouldn't the juice clog up the middle tube of the carto? Is that what they call a MAP tank? I don't know all the lingo yet.

I ran several deep inhale vapor production tests.

Beauty of dual coils is the higher voltage vaping capabilities. They may be rated at 1.5 ohms, but each coil inside still behaves like a 3 ohm. Pump 3.7 volts into a 3 ohm and you will not be Impressed. Pump the 5 volts + they need, and you will be. People like them fine on 3.7 volt mods, but that is not where they shine. Madvapes sent out a newsletter explaining all the math too the noobys to help spread the knowledge. Posted it a few pages back, its a good read.

They also don't randomly slam heavier vapors with burnt tire taste. There is no need for map tanks or teabags for wicks. They work right out of the box from 3 volts all the way to 7.4.

If I may add, if you guys vape on 3.7 volts, try the smoketech single coil 1.7ohm cartomizer. They are great at 3.2-3.7 volts.

Used the smoktech single coils for about 5 months because I could get them cheap vs the out of stock Iken ones. They work pretty well, especially on little 510s or egos. Still prefer the dual coils, even at 3.7 though.

Just got 2 boxes of smok tech DC cartos, 1 pack clear 1 pack stainless. I syringe filled bottom to top, rotating 4 times, NO LEAKS on my first try just by reading about this method. They sure do cackle but I think I'm gonna hafta knock down my nic level to 10mg or so... the vapor production doesn't LOOK bigger but the taste and nic hit are so intense! I'm going through old flavors I didn't care for on joye 510lr attys and am blown away! +10 for these DC's if they last as long as I've heard, but my initial "out of the box" impression has me regretting ordering the 10 LR attys with them lol, 46$ for 10 is hardly a bad investment from vaporkings but ... just wow at these DC's. Wow. If these last a week a piece, they're a godsend.
