I'm not having luck with the dual coils. Which Juices are you guys using? I like tobacco and sweet juices.

Unflavored + Lorann bavarian creme is best sweet flavor I've found.

100% PG works great but vapor production not great.
PG:VG 7:3 works great and vapor production is pretty good.
VG:H2O 8:2 works great and vapor production is best I've found in dual coil.

Make sure you fill the first time FULL. Fill until it drips out the bottom. Then blow clear the center gently from each end, into a paper towel. The first two or six hits may be a little weak, but then, awesome. Just top off with a few drops around the outside (filler) after every couple hours of heavy vaping, or few hours of lighter vaping. You will learn when it gets dry. They are hard to burn.

I use dual coils for everything. Apple Pie and Applewood, Bounty Hunter and Boba's Bounty, Cherry and Cola, Gorilla Juice and Casablanca (not Crab Juice). I use 100% PG, 80/20, 40/60, and even 100% VG without problems (although some high VGs take forever to soak in).

I don't like the clears as much as the metal (or black), but they all work well. I would probably advise someone new to duals to start with clears, so they can see how much it takes to fill.

Is it OK to put H2O with VG? I found that by adding distilled water to my VG that it gives very poor vapor production.

Yes it is ok to add the water up to roughly 20% and still get good vapor production after deep inhale.

Thicker mixes work ok w/ atty and CE2 but don't wick well in dual coil.

I did some vapor production tests and VG:H2O 8:2 out performed PG:VG 7:3.

My dual coil 1.5 ohm cartomizers do very poorly with 80/20 PG,VG unflavored 0 Nic .
On the other hand my Boge 2.3 ohm cartomizers do very well with 80/20 PG,VG unflavored 0 Nic.

Maybe my dual coil 1.5 ohm cartomizers may do better with a bit of flavoring and nic. I haven't tried that yet.

any suggestions?

DC sweet spot is roughly 4 to 5 volts.
DC does ok at 3.7 volts.
Perhaps your device is not supplying a true 3.7+ volts to DC.

Where did you get your Boge?

Has anyone tried the eGo Mega dual coils at higher voltage? I know they're supposed to be ONLY for the eGo at 3.7v but I'm wondering if they'll take 5 or 6.

Sure. they work just fine. I have a 510 to ego adapter and I ran them on my triple-v for a few days.

I've tried mine on a Roughstack at 5 v and it worked fine - great. I tried it on another 5 v mod and it wouldn't work beyond 1 draw. Honestly, I didn't expect it to work on either of them because of the extremely low resistance on the EMDCC.

The RS has a 3 amp switch and an improved hard wire switch connector upgrade will be available soon.
Many PV's can't pass enough current for DC.

Where did you get your Boge?

I've tried 3 different 3.7volt batteries and they all give a poor vape on my 1.5 Dual Core cartos.
I suppose it will be much much better when I vape something with flavoring and nic in it.
At the moment I only have 0 nic, unflavored 80/20 PG,VG to try.

My Boge 2.3 ohm cartos do real good though , and I'm now trying Boge 2.0 ohm cartos and they they both seem to give the same results.

I buy all my hardware from different Aussie vendors.

my search turned up nada so ill ask here. When I vape my 1.25 smoketech dc on my kgo batt, it pops alot like popping juice up into the tip....also vapor production is not that great, and vetting hot massive th....I think I have juice in the airtube. Could juice in that tube cuase the popping?

If you think they pop at 4 volts (kGo runs around 4.1 full charge) try it at 5+. The lack of vapor could be the juice, or the carto might just be over full. On the first fill, it takes a few hits to get the right amount of juice in the carto. After the first fill, you can just add a few drops every couple hours to keep it wet.

The 1.25s pop quite a bit, and sometimes scare you. I have not had any hot juice leakage though. I like using a drip tip, but mainly for comfort. You will find that the 1.25s work great on the kGo. That set up is what got me off the analogs. They increase flavor and TH alot. Vapor is better too, after the initial fill. Plus, I am still using one of my 1.25s from two months ago (and several from then that have been cleaned). The one that has lasted two months is my bedtime vape, Casablanca (BWB).

its not overfull....could not being full enough cuase my issue? at this poiny they are unusable to me....three vapes and I have a mouthfull of juice...which in turn gives me a nic "overdose"...I know the liquid isn't to strong bc I can drip all day no problem....I'm upset bc I only here good things about these.....but after 2 or 3 vapes my driptip and mouth are full :( and I'm getting basically zero vaper still(which is weird bc I'm getting the harshest th)

I only get juice in mouth when over filled or juice in center air passage tube.
If gurgles then too much juice in center tube.

Perhaps your PV switch can't pass the required 2.5 amps to power dual coil.

The first mega DC is lasting for 10 days to me now, twice the time the DC xl are lasting to me. The xl I put normally at around 4.0 volts, but this mega DC I had to cranck up to 4.5, both of them being 1.6 Ohms. Then it is still the first mega I am using, so when I put up a second I´ll see if they all behave the same way.
