My mom converted over to Nat gas when "they" finally ran a line out her way. Of course, it takes money to save money. They charge interest on the gas-line install that you can pay over time...with no early payoff option except lump sum. Grrr. It's a financing racket. Unless you have the $$$ to pay up front.
But...once she converted, it's been WAY less expensive than propane. So...sorry Fran...I love nat gas. It's nice to cook with too.
