Yeah.

My mom converted over to Nat gas when "they" finally ran a line out her way. Of course, it takes money to save money. They charge interest on the gas-line install that you can pay over time...with no early payoff option except lump sum. Grrr. It's a financing racket. Unless you have the $$$ to pay up front.

But...once she converted, it's been WAY less expensive than propane. So...sorry Fran...I love nat gas. It's nice to cook with too.

Planning on hanging Christmas lights at GF's today.
Tomorrow is dedicated to work.
Wed is work + having the Septic tank pumped out (gotta dig and uncover the cap). (speaking of rural living...)
Then...'tis the season from there on out. Christmas prep and shopping....

Yeah. That stuff isn't cheap either.
Mom used to have that too, before the propane.
lol. She had oil originally, then propane, now nat gas.

She's been there like 55 years or so, and is probably only on the 2nd furnace...which ran propane and was converted to nat gas.

I only use them when I absolutely HAVE to. Fiercely independent. But, I've learned to listen to my body or pay the consequences...
