Sorry if this is out of place for the Provari forum. I have come to trust the opinion of the folks here.

I have a GP SnP 23 with the Proring that just arrived, my neighbor signed for it, I will see it Sunday night. I ordered a Loki Lab SS1 and matching ring just moments ago. I love my cartos and have followed Bad's advice to the letter. So... I think I have the Carto thing pretty well sorted and I'm looking at a rebuildable.

The Sophia appears to be much loved by those that have one. The kayfun (I'm thinking the 3.1) also looks like a great atty. What does the Provarinati have to say about this? It will be used on my Black Mini.

Thanks,
John

I have 1 kayfun lite, and so far it is the best thing I have ever used, I do want at least 1 more, but I also just ordered 2 of the sophia's last Tuesday and 2 of the long tubes for it, I also ordered the ss1 from loki today. Now its just a mater of waiting on vape mail. :)

I can't speak for the Sophia since I don't have one, but I've never seen anyone say anything negative about it.

The Kayfuns I can break down in three words for you. I love them. I have the 3.1 and KFL and I give the 3.1 the slight head nod over the KFL only because the 3.1 has air control and the KFL doesn't. Now if you can find a KFL+, it has air control, although it's on the bottom of the tank as opposed to the side of the tank like the 3.1, but it's also about $75 cheaper.

So I've had my Sofia for a little while now and I love it. Like I really really love it. And then this morning I got a GP SnP 23mm with Proring lol.

I'm basically super in love with this tank right now, it's beautiful and machined incredibly well (which I already had a good guess on owning a GP Spheroid).

I have a handful of high end attys from Greece and a bunch of lower end ones and some clones, like the Trident clone (which is exactly the same thing). The Spheroid wins the flavour battle over all of them, without a doubt, it's simply amazing. But the Sofia is a VERY close second.

Here's my thoughts on what you should do. If you're not scared of building coils with NR-R-NR setups (or know how to already, or just want to buy ready wires) then get the Sofia for that tank. Don't even think of not getting it. There's also this to consider. You have a 100$ tank sitting on a 250$ mod and you want to put a 2$ carto in it?? That doesn't make much sense to me. I know that vaping isn't about how much money you can spend, but it just seems to wrong to take a big investment like a Provari with an SnP tank and put a carto in it. Just my 2 cents.

That is a nice looking tank, My account is just maxed out at the moment, I can't do it yet, but it will be added to my want list, but I want 1 more kayfun lite also first.

Interesting. Never thought of it that way.

But if the Provari makes the $2 carto taste like a million bucks??

Cartos never taste like a million bucks lol, at least not in my opinion. There is no comparison between a carto and a Sofia.

I have never even used a carto, and I do not plan to, I always thought they were a pain to set up, I liked the look of the tanks, but not what went inside them, I was going to try the diver, then the sophia came out, with rave reviews. I read somewhere that there is a new diver coming out though, but with 2 sophia's on their way, not now.

The Diver V2 is very similar to the Sofia. The main difference is that instead juice control it just has two holes in the side that are forever open.

I prefer the way the Sofia works. A good vacuum is very important in a tank. With the Sofia I can close off the juice control very easily , open the fill port on the top of my SnP and squeeze some juice in. Then I'll take a few drags without the juice control open, and then reopen it. Very easy to re-establish the vacuum in the tank. With big holes in the side if you open up the top you can sometimes let juice go rushing in to the atty. having not used a Diver V2 I can't say if that would happen but I guess that it would.

Please keep us posted on what you think...I've been looking at the Sophia for three weeks. All the reviews have been super positive! Enjoy

Believe every word.

I'm just going to get 2 Sophia's and call it a day.

I think you've made a good choice.
