looking good ........

and here's a challenge for all the arts and crafts people on pif

when you use the 510 adapter and screw the atomizer cap on first, then you create a little gap an the bottom cap. the guys at the machine shop looked at it, and yes the little brass plug could be shortened but they thought it would be really neat to find a colored trim ring to fill that gap. they promised to look around but i thought some of our talented people here might come up with a solution much faster. that also would help anybody who will switch to protected batteries.

I think one of the accessory Vendors sells them. I'll see if I can find a link.

Here's a good deal on batteries for it: LED Flashlights, Tactical Flashlights use code CFR2011 for 5% off. This is from my invoice:
CFR Lights - LED Flashlights, Tactical Flashlights Items
4 Ultrafire 3.6V 880mah Protected Li-Ion Rechargeable Battery RCR123A CR123A 16340 CR16340 @ $3.56 = $14.24
1 Tenergy Multifunctional Charger for Li-ion Cylindrical Rechargeable Batteries (14500, 18500, 18650, RCR123A ) @ $14.20 = $14.20
2 Ultrafire 18650 BUTTON TOP Protected Rechargeable Lithium Battery UF18650 @ $7.50 = $15.00
1 Tenergy 2 RCR123A 3.0V 750mAh Rechargeable LiFePO4 Li-Ion Batteries with AC/DC Smart Charger @ $16.10 = $16.10

Sub-Total: $59.54

Shipping: $0.00 (USPS - Priority Mail)

The 18650's are for a different mod, but the price is good enough to buy some spares.

Oh, ordered last night and received a shipping notice today. My sparkplug got here yesterday, nice little mod!

lol! I feel funny now about contacting him re the batteries. BTW, he was so eager about sending it out and didn't tape the box. Luckily everything is there. :) Charging the batteries now.

MINE TOO!!! I was really surprised it was not taped. I charged the batts and its working fine! But this bottom button is going to take some getting used to

thanks, l'bug - did you get any flavor bands by chance?????

and here is the link to roly's battery guide - please, note - none are completely safe! this guide is easy to read, take the time to educate yourself!

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/ecf-library/129569-rechargeable-batteries.html

Not yet, but I've been eyeballing several cute things there.. and it's a great place for ideas! :)

On batteries: anyone that purchases a mod, should read that guide and learn about the safety cautions. Thanks for posting that tibs!

I'm vaping with it right now (very nice!) and using the side of my eing finger to press it (no effort) and it's fine. :)

eing finger for using your ecig? :w00t:
